Last Wednesday, a former boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith’s filed a claim to her inheritance. You know, the one she had not won in court yet as of the day she died and her heir may never receive?
Hatten, who is serving six years in Pleasant Valley State Prison for threatening Anna Nicole with a knife and assaulting one of her neighbors filed his claim in Los Angeles Superior Court last Wednesday.
A peek at his website, part of which is pictured here (yes this is a photo of his website) reveals hand drawn pictures and notes which include accusations of murder toward Howard K Stern.
Can someone be sued for defamation that is currently a prison inmate? If so, it probably would not happen anyway since HKS and Co. publicly declined to sue Hatten’s sister Jackie because she doesn’t have any $money$.
Hatten states on his website that he is currently writing a book entitled “Hollywood Bad Boy: Sex, Drugs, and Anna Nicole”.

Well like I have said before, Jackie Hagbag might not have money but Howard should file a suit against her. Just to let her know you cant say the things you do and she needs to be held accountable.
Second he should file something against Hatten (attach a lien(whatever) to the profits he makes on this book) that is if any are made.
Either way even if these two have to pay Howard $10.00 dollars a week for the rest of their lives every week when they write out that check they will remmebr you cant say things like that. Accusing someone of Murder is very serious.

Jackie and her brother should also be locked away.

Well, of course, there were all of those boys gazing at her spread early on, and the camera men and ‘Hollywood Executives/CEO’s’ and the Doctors that enhanced her and their ‘pocketbooks.’
Everyone loved her…and she was so busy with her career she didn’t really, have time for a son or a daughter, or even the men in her life…too, busy making money and trying to support them all.
Yes, I agree she was busy supporting them all Freida. I do think she enjoyed a luxurious lifestyle though and certainly all the attention that she received.
For your other posts, I don’t like Hillary or Obama either. I used to be a staunch democrat but lately have been voting for the issues and not the party. I guess I need to start studying the “other side”.
