Dear Readers. Many of you will remember my recent statement concerning submission of any information that is true and factual relating to the Anna Nicole Smith story. Today, I have received an article and a photo from two ladies that go by the names of Kerry and Einstein. They attended the recent Bahamian Film Festival. They also accompanied Virgie Arthur to visit the graves of Anna Nicole and her son Daniel Wayne Smith. Their article, written by Einstein highlights their experience and observations at the grave site.

The Cemetery :
The cemetery is located at the intersection of two fairly busy roads on the fringes of downtown Nassau. There is no wall or anything surrounding the actual cemetery. It is in an open field with few trees or other decorative foliage.
Parking consists of pulling over to the side of the road onto the shoulder at the entrance to the cemetery. There is a paved driveway that leads onto the cemetery grounds, but the driveway entrance was blocked by a thick rope that runs across it’s length.
In order to get inside the cemetery one must physically lift the rope into the air and duck under it.
Walking up the driveway, there are cemetery plots on either side in long rows. Each plot has a headstone (most are fairly simple). The majority also have flowers in vases at the individual grave sites. The cemetery is situated in an open field and the majority of the sites seem well cared for.
At the end of the driveway are more rows of graves, again with headstones and most with flowers or wreaths.
At the end of the driveway about two rows back and slightly off to the right is a small, gazebo-like structure, (I assume it is a family plot). Anna and Daniel’s graves can be found by using this structure as marker.
About two rows up from this gazebo like structure are their graves. There are rows of graves behind them, to the left and to the right and in front of them. Each of these graves has headstones and most are well-tended with flowers.
In the middle of all of this is a plain unadorned, piece of grassy earth. It is about the size of one grave here in the United States. There is nothing to indicate that anyone is buried there. No headstone, no cross, no flowers. There is not even a ground vase in which to place flowers (almost all the other graves have one of these). It is really disturbing because it is located in the middle of all these other marked and cared- for plots.
Our Experience:
Mrs. Arthur was obviously nervous about going to the graves with her brother (Anna’s Uncle and Daniel’s great-uncle). She was very quiet but determined. Her attorney who was present did not want to stop there because he kept telling her that she didn’t need another confrontation with security. Virgie said that every time she goes they attempt to stop her and have even threatened to call the police if she attempted to enter.
On one visit that she made by herself, a local cabdriver convinced the guards to let her quietly enter and lay flowers on the graves of her daughter and grandson.
As soon as we lifted the rope and started to enter we were approached by a security guard who was talking into either a telephone or a walkie talkie. She said stop, hold on and a group of male workers stopped their work to witness the confrontation. I told Mrs. Arthur to keep on walking and approached the security officer. She said that we “were not allowed to be there.” I asked her if she knew who that was. She answered “That’s Mrs. Arthur, Anna’s mother.” Then she asked me who the other people with Mrs. Arthur were. I did not reply. She then said, “Is that her father and her sister?” Instead of answering I asked her if she had children. She replied that she did. I then stated, well those are her children and she is going to pay her respects so go ahead and do whatever you are being paid to do, but she is going to those graves. I then turned and rejoined the party who were walking towards the gazebo.
Mrs. Arthur, stopped in middle of the graves and counted rows up from the gazebo saying, “here, here they are. You have to use that (she pointed) to find them.”
Once again the security guard approached me stating that she hoped I understood that she had to “call her supervisor.”
Mrs. Arthur and her brother then knelt on the ground and began digging in the dirt with their fingers trying to clear enough of a hole to place the flowers that they had brought with them. Kerry started crying and knelt in front of them trying to help. I stood between them and the security guard. They were finally able to place the flowers upright in Daniel’s grave but they could not penetrate the soil on top of Anna’s. The more they dug the more they cried. Finally Ms. Arthur’s brother said “Virgie, stop. It’ll be all right. Anna knows. Just lay them down.” She did. We all bowed our heads and Virgie and her brother held hands and prayed. Then Virgie kissed her two fingers and placed them on top of Daniel’s grave and said “Meemaw loves you Danny.” She then repeated the gestures saying on Anna’s grave, “I am here baby.”
Virgie brought the yellow flowers from Texas saying that she didn’t get to visit often and that she hoped these would stay awhile.
It was during this time (while they were digging in the ground with their hands) that the security guard again approached with her supervisor. I walked a few steps over to where they were approaching and asked if I could help them. The supervisor responded that she had to speak to Mrs. Arthur. I said that though I meant no disrespect and neither did anyone else, that Mrs. Arthur had a plane to catch and that she was very upset and that I didn’t think it was wise. The supervisor responded again that she “had to speak with her”. Angered, I pointed to where they were kneeling in the dirt and said, “Look at that! That’s an abomination. I wouldn’t bury my dogs like that.” She said that she had a job to do and it would only take a minute. I replied that the only thing anyone should be saying to Mrs. Arthur at this point was, “God Bless you and have a safe trip”.
When they were done praying they got up and I told them to just walk away placing myself between the three of them and the guards and their supervisor. The supervisor shouted out, “Mrs. Arthur.” Virgie stopped for a moment and turned. The supervisor then said, “God Bless you.” Virgie started crying even harder.
We returned to the cab and continued on to the airport. Afterwards Kerry and I got back into the same cab to return to our hotel. On the drive out of the airport the cab driver told us that he was ashamed and embarrassed about what had happened. He said that “the boy” should never have been buried there and that after 7 (?) years, his father could move him home. He also told us that that was “not a nice cemetery” that there were much better ones close by. He went one to say that as soon as we left, those flowers would be removed and thrown away because they were “being paid”. He offered to return with us to the cemetery to show us how quickly the flowers would be removed, but we told him no that some things were better left unknown. He kept apologizing to us for what happened there.
Opinion:
While Kerry and the others were extremely saddened by what transpired, I was more than a little angered. Words cannot describe how pathetic the graves are. It is one of those moments in which “the symbolic obviates itself”.
Although I hold no personal feelings about the “concept” of burial and the surrounding rituals involved (heck they can put me in a hefty bag and put me on the curb) I understand the significance that this holds in both Ms. Arthur and Howard’s mind. It is clear from public accounts that Anna Nicole Smith wanted to be “noticed” and “spot-lighted” in death as in life.
What ultimately happened to her mortal remains could not be any more opposed to her wishes. She has been left, untended, in an unmarked grave with no adornment and nothing to mark that she is there. While the ones responsible for her grave publicly emulate “love and concern”, her final resting place shows neither.
My thoughts upon viewing the circumstances of her final resting place were that each day she was left there was another day of degradation and humiliation. I believed that is the real message the Mr. Stern is sending. That it wasn’t enough to humiliate this woman in life, he has to continue the humiliation in death also. What I saw was not “love” it was “hatred”.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Mr. Stern does frequent those pathetic graves. I believe in my very soul that he does indeed go to them and stands on them and quietly says. “See Anna, you thought you would humiliate me, well look at where you are now dear.”
There can be no other explanation for what I saw. It was disturbing in a profoundly symbolic manner. The message was clear and I received it clearly. From God’s lips to my ears.

I agree that it is incredible that these people love Howard Stern so “deeply”. Why? What qualities does he have that are admirable and lovable? Also, how do you love someone you don’t even know? I have waited for these people to say WHAT good qualities Howard has. He certainly has a lot to live with, and he faces himself every day in the mirror. Does he love himself? I doubt it.

Perhaps Virgie was heavily drugged by In Touch, Greta and Nancy when she made these remarks alluding to Howard murdering Anne and Daniel.
Oh and OQuin was definitely also heavily drugged by Fox News and Nancy when he called Howard a murderer.
One Virgie supporter here mentioned that Virgie should be in the baby’s life to make sure she is surrounded by safe people. (paraphrase)
If the baby is with Virgie, Mark and Jacky Hatten, Dan Hogan and the likes will have access to the baby. And we all know who they are by now. How safe is that?

However, we disagree about the time frame of Larry turning on Virgie. In my observation he immediately turned on others when he had the DNA results in hand. Any person who lost her daughter and grandson under suspicious circumstances, and was refused a relationship with her grandchild, would be a fool if she didn’t do anything she could to be assured of being with her grandchild. And yes, she had an attorney in the Bahamas who advised her to do so, and I am sure she had a better chance in the Bahamas. What gets me is why people are diabolical enough, insensitive enough, and cruel enough to make that necessary. Oh, believe me, people will pay for such barbaric behavior, one way or the other. I would like to apologize to Bonnie. I have no idea why anyone would think I was Bonnie. My name is Anne and every post I have ever made is “Anne”. I also never said that I love Howard but I do care DEEPLY for him. What in the WORLD are you talking about in here! Do you actually think Howard Stern, who may be a suspect in the deaths of Anna and Daniel, has the right to keep people from visiting their graves? PLEASE TELL ME you people have more sense than that.
Virgie Arthur, more than anyone, has a right to visit those graves. She also has a right to take whomever she wishes with her. Howard Stern shouldn’t even be in charge of those graves at ALL, they belong to Danielynn, and there will come a day when she will want her mother and brother moved to the states, where they SHOULD be NOW!
I think some people are delusional about what Howard is supposed to have control over. Actually, an Executor of an estate is supposed to only pay all the bills and distribute the possessions, monies and properties as the deceased stated in the Will. That is it. Period. They don’t OWN anything themselves, and they don’t spend the money of the deceased or take over their properties. If you don’t believe that look it up somewhere. I know because I have been an Executor of wills.
Howard was supported by Anna, he was living in the house owned by Ben Thompson, he didn’t even call her family when she died, didn’t take her to the hospital before she died, and didn’t call 911 when she was found dead or dying.
He is not the boss of the estate or Anna and Daniel’s graves.

Please understand that few people share your affinity for Howard Stern. Your assumption that Kerry and Einy, or multitudes of others, share your fondness for Stern is totally dumbfounding to those of us who see him differently than you do. Our only interest in Stern is due to our contempt for all he has done before and after the deaths of two innocent persons. We don’t like the obvious facts, which all are fully aware of, and we don’t like the fact that he blocked the Inquest into Daniel’s death. We think it was outrageous for him to pretend to be the baby’s father, to attempt to block the DNA testing and have it destroyed (for which he was fined), and we have disgust that he stayed in Ben Thoompson’s house and filed to confiscate it saying it was Anna’s, which she herself had denied and she bought another house. You see, we don’t admire those qualities, these actions we find contemptible. So please don’t insult Kerry by insinuating that she has any interest in such a person.
We were all interested in the Inquest. We all think it is criminal the way Virgie Arthur has been treated. We all have compassion and scruples. We have a right to our opinions, and we have a right to travel wherever we please, and I think it is wonderful that caring people visited the graves of Anna and Daniel. In my view only the most mean spirited would think otherwise.

Also, a quote from the article indicates future intentions and not ones that have already been put in the works.

Mandy and Ivy…….I agree with you 100% but IMO you will never get anywhere with these people – they are only a few misguided people who have gathered together and landed on this site. They are transparent. The more they talk the more transparent they become. They fail in their attempt to show us they are educated, intelligent, etc. So easy to see who and what they really are. Not worth your time and effort – However, I do admire you, you do speak the truth but they are all inferior to you both. IMO these people are the same kind of people that our parents never allowed us to associate with when we were young and as adults they are now easy to reconize. I do feel pity for the misguided souls.

I can only imagine that Howard did not just say to these people “I want a nice memorial for Anna so just use your own judgment – anything you deside will be okay with me”. I can only imagine that he give it a lot of thought and did a lot of research – which takes time. I am sure that he wants something very special for Anna. When I lost my father it took over a year for the family to agree and deside on exactly what we wanted and longer still to have it made. It is huge, beautiful and perfect for my father. I feel such pride when I look at it and the time it took was worth the end result. While we waited we made sure the grass stayed neatly trimmed and kept flowers there. We did the best we could, as Howard is doing for Anna. Howard is doing what Anna wanted and no matter what anyone thinks he should do – Howard will so what is right and proper for his Anna.

Virgie Arthur has filed papers in the Bahamas asking that a judge make her the guardian ad litem of little Dannielynn.
Arthur’s move comes just after the judge has set a DNA hearing for next Tuesday. TMZ sources say the DNA results will be unveiled at that hearing. It is unclear if Arthur will get her day in court before the DNA results are revealed.

Even though Larry Birkhead is officially the daddy, he cannot take Dannielynn out of the Bahamas, until the custody issue is resolved. We expect Virgie Arthur will mount a challenge. Indeed, her lawyer suggested she wants strings attached if Birkhead gets custody.
We’re told that all the usual parties — Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern, and Virgie Arthur — will be present. You can expect Virgie to declare her intent to seek custody of the baby, even if Birkhead is the biological father.
Her lawyer said it’s in Dannielynn’s best interest in maintaining a relationship with Arthur.
Her attorney suggested that Arthur would seek dual guardianship with Birkhead.

On this morning’s “Today” show, Birkhead told Meredith Vieira that he had seen Dannielynn, as TMZ reported, and that the baby girl has “lots of toys and a nursery ready for her” back in California. Meanwhile, though he welcomed Virgie Arthur as Dannielynn’s grandmother, Birkhead insisted, “I do not want to share custody with anyone else … There’s only one dad.” Arthur has suggested that she’ll seek some form of custody of the baby.
As for his surprising hug-it-out moment with Howard K. Stern after yesterday’s court hearing, Birkhead said that it came about because “Howard decided to do what’s best … [and] stop the fighting.”

Please correct me if I’m wrong but I do not recall that Mandy, Ivy or myself ever said anything about our education or intellect. However, several others have told us over and over how intelligent they and “THE LADIES” are. When someone feels the need to TELL someone how smart, educated, intelligent or moral they are – all I see is red flags and question marks. It usually only takes a short while to determine if that is a fact or not.

I saw it months ago , obviously the two “ladies” were unaware of the fact that only family members and Bahamian citizens were allowed in.No wonder the security guards were upset ,that must have been quite a scene . They may have to improve the security after this , maybe a gate with some sort of electronic access cards , so this never happens again.
If it is in fact true that only Howard, Larry and Virgie are allowed to visit Maybe Security should have done their jobs never mind being upset.

Well Ivy, sister Donna Hogan was allowed in. Howard gave a pic of the grave to TMZ to make fun of Virgies “plastic” flowers and counter the accusations that no one visits the graves.
And once again, Ill say that no action was taken for the stone until after this visit by the ladies and their broadcast of the same. If you read the article about the stone that is “going to be” made, its marked weeks after the visit by the ladies.
Someone got caught not taking care of business it seems. And I don’t think it took six months to locate a pink slab of marble.
On a side note. I think that Virgie should honor Anna’s memory by placing pink flowers on her grave. Perhaps a mixture of Anna’s favorite pink and Virgies yellow would suffice.

What upsets us who are not falling for the OQuin/Virgie lies is that Virgie does not even believe Howard killed Anne and Daniel, her abovementioned actions proved that. But she wants the public to believe that for her own greedy reasons.
