Art Harris takes the time to answer the commenter’s question. At the end of his answer, he states the following.

Is that so, Art? You know, I have a contact form on my site for questions and we have exchanged a couple of emails in the past. You could have asked me if we are or plan to become a propaganda site for Virgie Arthur. You really should have done that because your “source” is full of sh*t.
So, let me explain that this blog is not pro anyone. However, if a source or two or ten wants to present some facts and truth about the various cases and all the associated happenings, we will be very happy to continue to publish the same. This has been sorely needed for a long time because the only information publicly available comes from your spin site and other ones that sing your praises.

Opening “Motion to Quash” on this site, what is at the top of the page? It’s a stamp from the “United States Court, Southern District of Texas, Michael N. Milby Clerk”. The other two PDF’s are exactly like yours. In fact, there are no markings (besides your promotional watermark) any different from the ones on your site. Except, the ones housed here actually have a court stamp where yours do not.

I like to repeat myself, so again I will say that your source is full of ” it” and the documents factually do not reveal their origin, or my “agenda”. In FACT the only thing revealed by your comments is that you did not check your sources.

Well done QV! I guess if you aren’t a fan of certain sites for certain person you are considered to be a propaganda site. Truely laughable! Seems to me someone should heed their own free advice and look into exactly what their agenda from their sources is leading them into. Last time I looked this was a site named after Anna/Howard and not Virgie. Very presumptious statement made and I think their ‘sources’ needs a credibilty check. This site has been about facts and supporters of all sides without a spin or slant from what I have seen. It is refreshing to see all sides of the story being told. It is the only way to see the truth which will eventually come to light.

I DON’T see Art giving out any info on who his sources are. IT really shouldn’t matter who, as long as the truth is told. I mean ALL of it, not skirting the issues that the Howard supporters ignore. IF YOU have nothing to hide, then you should not care what Truths come out. NOT Howard’s Truths or Vergie’s Truths, but the REAL truth.
What the hell happened to Art Harris? It seems as if he has been taken over by blog-fever. The kind that comes when you have two or three dozen posters who are fixated on one story, and your ego needs the constant brushing of “We love you Art” and “Our hero”.

He flat-out accuses Wilma of sending out court docs to this blog, when it’s APPARENT they came from court filings! He flat-out says HIS STUFF comes from court filings, but THERE IT IS, AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE! They came from Howard’s FAMILY!

As I understand it, a Texas court was allowing Lin Wood one hour to depose Wilma, and there’s far more than one hour’s worth of alleged shenanigans to learn here, my sources tell me. So why bother…in Texas?
Now that it’s been established she’s an agent/employee of Virgie Arthur’s law firm and works directly with Clark, there’s no need to go after her on jurisdictional grounds, ie that there are common ties to Texas.
Better to wait and depo her in Florida or New York, in connection with Rita Cosby’s book, the libel case and the alleged misinformation they shoveled her way that she is accused of failing to not only check, but publishing knowing it was false.
In Stern’s amended complaint, dated Nov. 9, and filed in Florida, attorney Lin Wood says JOQ and his agents worked on the “libelous” book as part of a plan to publically discredit Stern and ruin his reputation.”
At least “one investigator was working as an agent or employee of (JOQ),” according to the motion, as “the alleged source of false accusations about Stern (that were) published in the book, Blonde Ambition.” Of course, Cosby has named Vicedomine and Clark as sources.
As for Clark’s depo, it was postponed because attorneys had a conflict in schedules, and despite what side they are on, do show each other personal courtesies from time to time.
