There is going to be a bit of a delay with Part 3 of the story. I hope to have it out as soon as possible. In the meantime, part of Howard K. Sterns January 4th, 2008 deposition has been filed along with Virgie Arthur’s response to Stern’s motion to dismiss and the exhibits.

No, I do not feel responsibility. The responsibility goes to the ones that wanted me, JD and the video man “D” out of the picture. I tried to carry on only for the members but got bashed and trashed no matter what I did. You do not know all that went on but I am going to show you and everyone!
The methodical tearing apart was not my doing. What I did was reveal what was happening. The truth that could not be ignored because it was stamped with approval by Bonnie Stern and Howard knew what was going on because I AND THE OTHERS got an email from Bonnie with the subject line “FROM HOWARD”.
And guess what Mary. You are making things worse for your “side” because the more you rant, the more proof I will show of what was REALLY done to this site.

Bev, just remember, Virgie probably hates you too. We don’t know your mistakes you made as a mother. I’m sure there are many as most of us mothers have regrets.The difference is that there is nobody to rub your face in it 24/7.Although I know of one person that would like to and it’s not Virgie!
