These two people who could never have predicted in anyway the misery that has befallen their homes, families and themselves. it is true that they are both very differnt, I have spent time with them both and like them both. Howard is my client and my position with him and my thoughts are very well documented and I still stand by him. Larry and I have a great relationship and I trust him, again he is different than Howard, in good way also. In saying that I am curious why no one at this point has questioned the issue of Foreign Nationals going into the country of the Bahamas and conducting investigations without the proper authority? Mr. Controversey? This whole plan I beleive was to try and turn the people and the legal system of the Bahamas against Howard and thank god it backfired! i have to tell you something, I am very comfortable with the legal system in the Bahamas. I also predict that they will be on guard for any more shenanigans by ‘team Stupid’ and would be ‘writer’and her ‘team Silly’. They are all done!it has been shared with me that ‘team Stupid’ and ‘team Silly’ should not be surpised to see picketers expressing their discuss with all of them! I am sure if I could sit and have a great big bowl of stupid with some of these characters we might like them….I know it is late but seriously! When I worked in the Department of Corrections many years ago, I would chat with all kinds of s***** bags and I found some very personalble.
You all know the ‘transcripts’ that are floating around out there are an interesting bunch of reading. If they are in fact ‘the assistants’, great reading, but I already knew much of what is in them. Just makes you warm and fuzzy knowing you had the right person! I am sure that you cannot use them in a court of law! But dam they are going to be fun at a depo! And I have often found ‘divorce records’ can lead to a great deal of material on people, I dont approve of it…but it is there. You might see that in a depo, real soon.
The 19th is approaching fast and it is a very special day for many. It will be the official inquest into the death of a very special kid. I never met him, but he was in our living rooms many times while we enjoyed the Anna Nicole Show. In that show we saw all the people she loved, ALL OF THEM! Excluding that cheap asian flooozey, whats his name, Bloody Bone Head? not sure, I always thought of cheap chinese food when I saw her.
And I never recall ever seeing a picture or hearing about that mother of hers, Old whats her name.
Dr. Kris is all lawyered up and I have to say I am so happy that she took my advice! Dr. Kris will be fine, she too sufferered a terrible loss, I do beleive that she was Anna’s friend and is also missing her. You know the AG’s office has to be wondering that when this issue takes to the courts how they are going to deal with the ‘informants’. I know that Dr. Kris’s lawyers are excited at this opportunity. Did you know that when you are an informant that you will be given to the otherside for questioning! Yes it is our justice system…..this will be popcorn time!
Well I gotta go, I want to go check and see if my hot chocolate is ready! You know hot chocolate is the drink of choice for ‘thugs’! Oh ‘Team Stupid’ what would we do without you! And we also enjoy ‘Team Silly’ with more leaks than the Titanic!

Thanks for posting those.I knew they were posted after the Oct. 25th date that Judge Chin said no contacting anyone/witnesses.
I read an article quoted an attorney; she said that Naz sent her a card just to let her know that he knew where she lives.
Now doesn’t these posts by Naz sound intimidating? Was that his way of ‘speaking’ to Wilma, Rita and the others?

I read the HKS response but….it’s up to the judge to determine. No brief proves a case one way or the other. I personally see no jurisdiction in Fla. because logically speaking neither side lives there…and only 2 of the 7 interviews complained of took place there….but it is not up to me.

Yes I read the depo of the OQ law firm attached. Nothing much interesting in it at all. No showing of doing business in FLA that I read. OQ firm paid expenses for Fla. trips of course and paid VA’s Fla lawyer – that was it really. No surprising revelations
THe connection, between Opri Rita, and Vergie, showed up pretty early , if we had noticed. Rita got Opri to be Larry’s attorney. My guess and I am sure I am right is that Howard lied. This is nothing new. He lied about the prescriptions in Seidlins court. He said none were in his name and all but two were in his name. He keeps digging a deeper whole.
