Subpoenas were served to the blog owners of RoseSpeaks by Virgie Arthur’s attorney Neil McCabe. One for each owner. They were served in conjunction with Virgie Arthur vs Howard K. Stern and CBS Studios Inc. and KPRC Houston
In addition to that, Attorney Krista Barth requested permission from the court to be able to appear as an attorney of record in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, Houston Division.
*Edit. I’m sorry that I did not read the last document that was posted here more closely. Attorney Barth’s request to appear in Houston was not yet signed by the judge so I removed it.
Also, there is a photo on the above mentioned site that is claimed to be “Einy”, a Virgie Arthur supporter and blogger. That photo is definitely not “Einy” but is a woman that is a Bahamian resident and is said to be a descendant of Norman Rockwell.

Thank goodness for people like you. When they can’t find the nannies or can’t find the nurse, we know something is getting nasty at the inquest. Art should have to be brought to the depo just like the other ones have too. I know James Edstom has the videos of the nannies in case they come up missing. I have the feeling part of Roses things will come up missing so I hope people have copied these too. I bet Ron Rale is on all of this goings on with what Bonnie Stern had on her chat about Rale being Howards best friend. I hope QV comes out with more of this as soon as possible. We are watching everything with the inquest.

I saw Art Harris’ page, and it seems like the only posts he will allow through are pro H.K.S. When you look at all this with fresh eyes, just seems common sense tells you, it’s not safe to spend any amount of time with Howard K Stern, or Larry Birkhead, for that matter.Both of those so called men, have done everything, and i do mean everything to sto the searching for truth, and the most dispicable thing I have ever seen, is the witch hunt, they are doing to poor grandma Virgie! This is great news! Looks like McCabe is on top of the situation. I wonder if Barth wanted to get in on being listed as Stern’s attorney so that she could cover her involvement with Rose and Bonnie under “privilege”. Interesting. Won’t work completely because the buck will stop at the recipient of the emails. Also, if any of them SENT emails, those become the property of the recipient.
QV – A couple weeks ago Rose had on her site a link to a subpoena to CTV. The document then referred to “Attachment A” which consisted of legal definitions. It is my opinion that the document was not complete. On the ones here to Rose, the Attachment lists specific items, so I am assuming that the CTV one did also. If you happen to run across that document in its entirety, would you be so kind as to link it here? Many people were posters at CTV at some time or other, and I’m curious as to the specifics. TIA!

When I first started following this sad story, I remember reading all kinds of personal tidbits about Vergie’s past, pregnancies, husbands, who was related to who, their jail time, molestations, etc. etc. etc., ANs breast surgery pain and other personal things Since I first read them on this particular site and would like to go back and research some of the things that were said.

Given that the Diana/Dodi inquest took over 10 years to convene, don’t be surprised if there’s yet another postponement in the Daniel inquest
