The members of this site were proving that they could really dig up some good and relevant information. Several of them coordinated their efforts in the chat room together and through emails, deciding who would work on what issue.
The major question was what to do with the information that everyone was gathering. We all thought that it would be valuable for Howard in supporting what he was doing lawsuit-wise.
A woman joined the site that I’ll call “R”. She had previously written a letter in support of Howard K. Stern to a Bahamian newspaper and they published it. She became a respected member of this site and a frequent contributor.
On March 25th, I received an email from my moderator “H”. She wrote that “R” had received an email from Howard’s Florida Attorney, Krista Barth, asking for assistance in going through public records for the cases. “H” also included a copy of an email that “R” had sent to a couple of other members asking “who can be trusted in the chat room”? I thought that was a strange question, given that we were all on the same team at that point. I also thought it was unusual that an attorney like Krista Barth would contact a blogger like “R” for assistance, but I ignored it as I ignored many things that I should have paid attention to.
In any case, it was then established that this site’s members would send their information to “R” to pass on to Barth, who would decide if it was relevant or needed. . “R” edited the information from members, and pulled the important information from online news/interview transcripts to make it easier for the attorneys. Eventually,”R” then began to send members lists of things she said Barth wanted the online researchers to work on.
“R” kept me in the email loop only for a very short time. She was primarily in contact with my moderator “H” so she started asking “H” to ask the members for whatever information that was needed. In addition to that, a man that I have always called “VM” for “video man”, who was the very first person to contact me after the blog went up, offered his assistance. I put him in contact with “R”. “VM” became very important to the attorneys and to the Stern family as well. He recorded various videos from the television and internet and put them on my password-protected server for the attorneys to use. “VM” also told me that he knew Art Harris before the whole Anna Nicole – Howard K. Stern story hit the media.
So yes, at that point, the site’s members were organized. That is the way it happened and that is the way it worked. Eventually “VM” told me that he was in phone and email contact with both Krista Barth and Howard’s sister, Bonnie Stern. Barth and her assistant, as well as Bonnie, we know, were in contact with “R”.
After Lin Wood was hired, “VM” had an attorney-contact in Wood’s office by the name of Ben Erwin and Erwin also asked for and was given video to help Howard’s case.
We had quite a group. A person claiming to be an attorney (not related to the case) was an active member. Butterfly, who is a well-known blogger, was a member of our group. She claims to hold a couple of degrees but in what I don’t know. We had a lady that was tracking Ben Thompson’s movements who impressed us all. We had many amateur detectives and researchers that put in many hours sleuthing and scouring the internet in search of information, and researching anything that could be used against Howard or in his defense. After Lin Woods office got involved, information was funneled there, as well as to Krista Barth, and Wayne Munroe in the Bahamas.
But then, things started to change. As I said before, I was very busy running the site, managing its members and emails. We had a lot of people that tried to post hateful comments so the board had to be watched as much as possible. I know that “H” and I put in long hours trying to protect the site and she was also the go-between for information sent from the members to “R”.
One day in early to mid April, I was talking on the phone with “VM” and I was typing with one hand to “H” who knew that I was on the phone with him. He was watching his email and said that he had just received an email from “R” with the subject line, “WTF”. We all know what those letters stand for. It seems that “R” was upset that “VM” was talking to me and she accused him of “leaking information”. That was quite an eye opener. I thought to myself that I now knew why I was not hearing much anymore about what was being given to the attorneys, or about anything for that matter. I wondered what I had done to merit such a response from “R”. Still, I kept doing what I was doing, and so did the members that were involved in the research.
In late April, the members had been researching Virgie Arthur. On April 19th, TMZ had posted an article. The headline was “Virgie Has Son With Her Stepbrother”. After it was published, a another member, “C” had told me that her family knows Harvey Levin who is the managing editor of TMZ and had submitted some of Anna Nicole Smith’s family tree for publication. That is how the TMZ article came to be.
Later that same day, a different member confirmed to me that her research, which she worked on with others, also indicated that Virgie Arthur was married to a cousin for a brief time. I questioned the member ” K.R.” and asked her if she was sure of the findings. She replied that she and the group were. So I posted an article about Virgie Arthur’s marriage to James Sanders. I also wrote a comment on TMZ about the same subject, with a link back to my site.
My moderator “H” and I had a discussion about it via messenger and told me that she did not believe this information was verified and that I should think about removing it. I told her that a group of the researchers said that it was true information, and I had no plans to take it down. I then received an email from “R”.

I have no idea why “R” addressed this to “VM”. He did not have anything to do with the article or anything that I ever wrote. I “screwed Howard being able to lose (sic) it”? The thing that felt like a punch in the stomach though was that at the bottom of the email from “R” was the email signature of my moderator “H”. That meant that my moderator “H” sent “R” an email about what I posted. It felt like I was some school kid that was being tattled on to the teacher. And who was “R” to tell me what to post? Also, she seemed to be cracking on the researchers that had worked so hard and had done so much by saying that they “did not verify the info”.
I trusted the researchers and had asked the lady that submitted the information if the info was verified. She said that it was and I believed her. “R” had already shown me that if anyone is not to be trusted as far as I go, it was her. From conversations with “H”, and the WTF incident, I already had suspicions that too many secrets and hush hush had been going on behind the scenes that a site owner should not be kept out of and later on, I learned that my suspicions were valid.

QV I eagerly await the next article coming. I really like it here. Most people are really great and only a few get nasty. I feel bad for what has happened to you. I have been reading sense last Feb. reading both sides and I can that I think Howard is guilty of something with this case. It is hard to believe that several women treated you the way they did. I have read this site for sometime and seen some of what was going and it seemed bad to me. I could’t understand it all but what I read was bad to both of you.

I have noted several posters, seem to have been on this blog, from the beginning, or shortly after. I would be nice if they could, give their view, on the reasons that others think it was all to hurt Vergie. That is what some posters think. When I read, these and other articles, it looks to me like, these posters weee trying to get all the tv,shows, to show a little respect, for ALL parties. Howard K. Stern, was on one tv program,E.T. i believe that was the program of Anna’s chosing, before she died. then there was court tv, and ALL of their anchors, Greta, Geraldo. L.K. L., Nancy, Catherine Crier LIve,, is taht all??? Trashing Howard, and treating Vergie, and OQuinn with kid gloves. Howard was guilty, as far as the media went. IT looks like, with all that against Howard, they needed to get his side out there. AND the media, was out of bounds, doing and saying what they did. THE posters, were not about Vergie, They were after the media, and their Blitz, . PERPER: Well, I believe — I do not — this is his statement. His statement is not contradicted by any other statement. The conglomerate of the facts indicated it was an accidental death. Even if she — even assuming that he gave her the drug, it was obviously not against her wishes, because she liked the drug and she sometimes drank straight from the bottle.
KING: Another e-mail from Connie in Bedford, Virginia: “How can Anna Nicole’s death be accidental when she had a doctor, a nurse, a bodyguard and a companion around her 24-7? Maybe negligence, but an accident?”
PERPER: Well, this doesn’t make any sense because negligence can lead to an accident. I don’t see how negligence excludes an accident. She had the ability to move and whether she took the chloral hydrate or somebody else, it was a non-intentional death. There is nothing to point to homicide. And, as I mentioned before, the police investigation reached the same conclusion.

PITTSBURGH — Channel 11 won a right to know ruling on Wednesday.
Prosecutors wanted to keep certain information secret when former medical examiner Cyril Wecht goes on trial Thursday. But now that information will be made public.
On Wednesday, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling stating that jurors’ names in the upcoming trial must be made public.
Wecht is charged with 41 counts of theft and fraud for allegedly using his public office for private gain.
The ruling reverses a previous order by District Judge Arthur Schwab who had ruled that the names of jurors be kept confidential. Schwab said he would only hand over the names to attorneys when the jury pool was narrowed from 400 to 40. But he would still not allow the public or the media access to those names. Schwab had said an anonymous jury would provide a necessary level of security.
Channel 11 and two Pittsburgh newspapers appealed the judge’s decision claiming that concealing the names limited the ability to ensure a fair trial. The appeals court voted 2-1 ruling in favor of the media.
The order states that the disclosure of names shall be made prior to the swearing and empanelment of that jury.
Jury selection is set to begin Thursday and continue for a few weeks.
And stern camp believed that Wecht was honest enough to talk about anna and daniels drug use on tv. Wecht said they did not have enough Methadone in them to kill them. Now I watched on tv the other day and he said the methadone should be investigated. It was on Katey Gilford. He is charged with 41 counts of fraud.

Anna and Howard hired Wecht. Howard always was with Anna except when she died. Anna was drugged out from the time Daniel died.
Birkhead Instructs Lawyer To Sue Book Author
Anna Nicole Smith’s ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead has struck the first blow in the ongoing war of words between himself and journalist Rita Cosby – he’s instructed his lawyer to sue her over allegations in her new book. In her tome Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death, Cosby claims the photographer and his supposed former love rival Howard K. Stern were caught having sex on camera.
He says, “I’ve instructed my attorney to sue Rita Cosby and the publisher and any source that spits out that information anywhere. I would lawyer up if I were them because it’s coming their way.”
Appearing on CNN show Larry King Live on Tuesday, Birkhead also revealed he’s considering suing MSNBC because that’s where Cosby was working when she reported on the aftermath of Smith’s death in the Bahamas. He added, “She came several times on Msnbc’s dime as an MSNBC reporter. She drank alcohol… everything at my expense – I got billed for it.”

As for the debate whether Howard is a lawyer or not; He has a law degree – big deal – there are thousands of people with law degrees who don’t practice.
Howard could never get any clients according to the attorney who worked in the same office building. He did some work for the “Young Dubs” for free after hanging around them and even they fired him. How can you get FIRED from a free job?
Geesh……you have to be a pretty poor attorney.I think they also sued him. Anna’s manager sued him, and many others so evidently he was a poor lawyer.
We know he screwed up all of Anna’s legal affairs. The will, her financial affairs, etc. She was sued time after time for not paying her bills he contended were paid.
The man in my opinion is a leech. He leached off the Young Dubs, he leeched off Anna, he leeched off Daniel, and is now leeching off a little baby. He is a despicable deviant in my opinion and whether he killed Daniel and Anna or not I contend he should be removed from society and placed behind bars for his drug dealing.

It is larry’s business, who lives with him, and their relationship. There is nothing against the law that Iknow of, and he is about the only one I can say that about besides Dannielynn. Anna has also been known to have a sexual appitite, for either male or female. That is a widley known fact.
