Public records filed February 11th 2008 revealed that a moderator from the website RoseSpeaks was served with a subpoena by attorneys for Virgie Arthur that has been been objected to by Howard K. Stern. The documents were filed in the court case of Virgie Arthur vs Howard K. Stern, CBS Studios and KPRC Houston. Grounds stated for the objection are that notice was not given to Stern concerning the intention to serve the subpoena and that discovery has not yet started in the case. The same discovery argument was stated in Sterns objection to subpoenas served to Rose and Ken Turner who are the owners of the website RoseSpeaks.
Also posted for the same lawsuit were notices that subpoenas were withdrawn for RoseSpeaks two owners and the moderator without prejudice until after the conclusion of the inquest into the death of Daniel Wayne Smith, Virgie Arthur’s grandson. The inquest is scheduled to resume on March 17th.

The only hate I see posted here is from people that are angry that QV took the high road and exposed Bonnie Stern, HKS, Rose and the minions for what they are.
For the past year, those of us that don’t support HKS have been berated, made fun of and banned from message boards because we weren’t willing to ignore logic and swallow all the ridiculous explantions that were put out there by the Howard Stern spin machine.
I applaud QV for having the fortitude to speak the truth. And I’m grateful to her for allowing people to finally say what they’ve wanted to for months without fear of being ganged up on or banned. I find it amusing that those people that have been spewing their venom to anyone that disagreed with are now crying foul. Seems like they can dish it out but certainly can’t take it.
Most people have a problem with “critique” in the form of bashing and ignorant baiting by people who prefer to remain “anonymous”. . QV may be one of them.
I certainly agree that QV has many, many supporters.

Now change that around a little, replace HKS with Virgie and that is exactly how a lot of us feel. Each side is the same. Each side has their beliefs, thier convictions, their idiots. The difference is one side believes in Howard the other Virgie. I don’t understand why both sides can’t just have a intellegent conversation without all the crap. I think what happened is in the beginning “the idiots” from each side went about bashing, name calling and all that other crap and people from each side drew their lines in the sand and it took off from there.
I guess what I am saying is that there are people on both side who could act a lot better.

OK, glad to see you have changed, you all have been making idotic posts for a long time..
But to bear your soul and only end up with four members, that is embarrasing.
No, what’s embarrassing is watching idiots running wild all over the net, out of control, making some of the most laughable posts out of desperation, because they’ve been caught. It’s called ‘idiotic’ behavior.
No one has left here..in fact, many more have come, so run along as Rosie and the Romantics are missing their village idiot and they need all the help they can get.
QV is admired for her integrity, bravery to tell her story, honesty, and ability to admit when she is wrong. Many of us never came to this site or knew QV until now but we find her very credible because she confirmed (with much proof) what we all have believed from the minute Daniel was taken from this earth.
So, you better hurry back over to the little house of cards to get more instructions. Hurry along now because you’re help is needed to come up with more ‘idiotic posts’ to spread around.
QV has the best site on the net with the Anna saga. The rest are mean and have so many people bashing each other. I only see a couple of jealous people here that bash. QV keep up the good work.

Alright this anonymous person isn’t doing anything but coming here to start sh*t and I believe that I know who this is without their name. I can tell by the words and writing style. You should be ashamed of your post. They are hateful and vindictive to say the least. I don’t agree with everything QV says or writes but I’m not going to come here to start crap. I come here to read and see if there is something new and interesting that might put something in a different view for me.
I support HKS and I behave myself. You should to. Your just the type of person that gives the rest of the HKS supporters a bad rap.

I am sure you are so unhappy in your soul as you are showing it. Hate makes bitterness and it shows what you are. Maybe you have reason to have this much hate but it will destroy you and nobody else. It doesn’t make QV or me or anyone else angry only your heart and soul.
