Good morning QV, and hello to Lin if your lurking. There are so many unanswered questions that one hardly knows where to begin. And I suppose since we’re coming up on the inquest again, I’ll just start with Daniel’s death. 1. Who is the white haired gentleman that was in Anna’s hospital room? 2. Have the jurors been able to actually watch the security tapes from start to finish unedited? 3. Why did Howard call Thompson around 8 the morning of Daniels death…when a code wasn’t sounded until 9:40? 4. Where are the missing nannies? 5. Where is Liz Thompson? 6. Why does Ray Martino not want to testify?
I want to know if Larry is going to the inquest. Why they waited an hour before calling 911. How could Howard live in the Horizons all that time without paying a penny. Why the Gibsons were at the hospital when Daniel died. Why Howard had Mrs Gibson and Krista Barth with him when they raided Dr. Es house.
It will take me hours to ask all my questions, but I’ll start with this one. Is there any truth that the burial plots were purchased long before Daniel died?
A second one would be, did Howie and Larry know each other prior?
I also want to know why Lincoln Bain is pulling out and has not producted the tape of him and Rita that he promished on Greta. Why Bain was so against Howard with the nannie tapes and then made a complete turn around when art Harris wanted him for the inquest reports.
Why did Larry go on tv and fight against Howard and say such awful things about Howard and Anna, then when he got the DNA news he made a complete turn around, why.
Where did Anna’s money go? They didn’t use it to pay their bills or there wouldn’t be so many creditors going against the estate. The Horizons was free…..all utilities free. Did it all go to drugs or did it go to an offshore account?
Carole asked most of the question I have about Daniel but I have a couple more about that night.
1. Where did HKS go for two hours? And what happened to THAT video tape?
2. Why did HKS and ANS think they were above the law and rules of the hospital when they brought the duffle bag full of dope to the room in the first place?
3. Why did it take 39 days to bury Daniel?
4. Was it HKS that contacted David Caplan from the NE and tried to sell the pics of Daniel dead? That contact was made before ANS died and Caplan said it was someone ‘from the inner circle.’
Other questions:
1. What happened to the $1,650,000 that they were paid for the pics of Daniel at the hospital and the fake wedding? We know it wasn’t going for bills.
2. Does HKS have pics of Dr E that he used to blackmail her into becoming their personal Dr Feelgood?
3. Was DL born addicted and weaned off gradually?
4. Why did Larry do a complete 180 after the DNA results? What about the statements he made to the Bahamian Police about drugs and money laundering?
5. Why were all the prescriptions in Howard’s name? The REAL reason. Not the bogus privacy excuse.
6. What’s the real purpose of the charitable foundation? Was it set up to help HKS’s image? Or is it really a covert ‘HKS Legal Defense Fund?’
7. Is there really a document stating HKS is entitled to 6% of the elusive Marshall money? Why hasn’t he been able to produce it?

Where are Daniel’s friends that he went to school with? Where is the girlfriend that he supposedly broke up with?
Why did Howard stay at the hospital when he live 20 minutes away.

Was the white substance found in the hospital tested?
Could it have been ground Methadone?
Who reported the white substance?
Was it the missing nurse?
Like Dee, I would like to hear why Howard felt such a pressing need to stay at the hospital that he was willing to sleep on the floor, if that’s what it took. I’ve always wondered why he didn’t go back to “his” home and leave Anna and her family alone to enjoy each other.
And like others have mentioned, I’d like to know much more about Daniel’s life. Why did Anna keep him at home instead of sending him to school? And since he was supposed to be home schooled, who did the schooling?
And of course I would love to hear from a friend, any friend who ever spent any time with Daniel. I don’t mean his mother’s friends, I mean a kid his own age.

My questions at least for today is why did Howard not ride in the ambulance with Anna Nicole? Or have one of the many people there take him? I do not buy that the police would not let him go. They usually give some leeway and even offer to meet or even take a distraught loved one to the hospital.

Has anyone requested Howard’s phone records for the day before and the day of Daniel’s death??? (I’d be interested to see if there were any calls to Dr. Kris)
Why isn’t there a competant american journalist covering this inquest???
Why does the surveilance tape end at 8:00 a.m. (according to Bain, it was recorded over).
How do they let that happen???
Why was neither the hospital where daniel died or the hotel room where Anna died treated as a crime scene???
What happened to the detective Daniel talked to, is he going to the inquest???
Why on earth would Dr. Kris insist on obtaining a lethal drug combination, that other doctors warned her about and refused to fill……including Dr. Kapoor.

LMAO…Thanks, Flossie, you are absolutely correct, and I always thought that Howie meant for Anna to commit suicide “with” Dannielynn by jumping out of the boat, but Moe needs to open up if Dannielynn was there. How did Howard get out of the HRH with DL without being seen or captured on camera?

I don’t believe the funeral plots were bought before DWS died. Originally the ME, or person in charge of the body said that the family wanted his body released to send to California. L.A. specifically. But that they were waiting for a cause of death, or something before he could be released.
Great thread QV! I have so many questions I don’t even know where to begin. One that comes to mind is the rumor of the insurance policies. Did they ever exist? It was listed on Anna’s will under section 4.2 as Life Insurance Policies. O’Quinn claimed they were paid in full and even Harvey Levin from TMZ in an interview said he was verifying them and looking to get copies of them . How can you get copies of something that supposedly doesn’t exist? The story never had a follow up to say if it was rumor or not. If it was a rumor why was it included on her will as policies(plural) and not just a policy?
Why would Dr. Perper take “possible suspects” word for what happened. I don’t believe that she shot herself up, in her left buttock. There was an injection into the abcess that caused the poison to enter the blood stream, and major infection that she had. (Per autopsy)
Who the F*&* would, um, accidently shoot someone right in an abcess????? My husband (former paramedic) says, “oh they lanced it”. They would have said that if that is what they did!!!!!!!!!

It is AGAINST THE LAW for a Doctor to hand off the care of someone who is in their care, and ill to someone who is not a doctor, or higher. If you are a doctor, you are not allowed to desert your patient, and hand off their care to a nurse or a paramedic………..You can only turn your patient over to another doctor. All Doctors and Paramedics know this. This is one of the very first things they learn!!!! (my source is my husband, former Paramedic!!!)

Howard did not go with Anna to the Hospital because he was not allowed to. He was told to stay so the Police could speak with him. Moe went to the Hospital but I dont remeber seeing him get in the ambulance.
I seen an interview with Mrs Gibson. She is the one that said Howard was inconsolable and that he was asked not to go to the hospital and to remain there to answer questions.
She also said that they (King Eric,Howard and herself) wanted to go to the Hospital and drive themselves but they were not told what Hospital she was taken too. They could not find out.

Think about it put yourself in his shoes for a moment. No matter if he is innocent or Guilty he is being tried in the press. He is only a witness but the press and even people here are making it seem like he is on trial.

Mish, my friend, I just do not buy it. I can not see the police keeping Howard from ANS if their relationship was as he stated it was. And inconsolable about what? They were still working on her as they put her into the ambulance. Miracles happen. HKS at the time did not know for sure that she was gone. Or did he?
For those of you who think John O’Quinn just happened to be passing the hospital when Dan visited his new sister and waited until Daniel was asleep to “plant” Jack Harding’s card in Dan’s pocket, that’s not how it went down. Daniel consulted with Jack Harding in California and that’s one reason Daniel had to die.
Not one word Harding has said is contrary to anything which happened. He is far more credible than posters on a forum including Bonnie who wasn’t there when Daniel spoke with Harding or when Daniel pocketed Jack’s card.
Howard knew full well that he wasn’t DL’s father. He stayed in the room to administer drugs. Possibly some of them by injection.

Why wasn’t Howard even a Pall bearer at Anna’s funeral??? (My husband, who loves me will be one at my funeral!!!). It was Moe with her in the ambulance, it was Moe with her at the hospital, it was moe who flew with her coffin to the Bahamas….. If I were Howard….(well we wouldn’t be here….lol) No One could’ve stopped me from being with her. Moe was only who was there for her, in my opinion.
Sorry Mishme, I just can’t take Mrs. Gibson’s word on this issue. Only neutral third parties statements should be taken at face value.IMO
My two cents again, and hello Lin, sweetie. I’d like you to think about this. Howie says he got up around 9 and “helped Anna to the bathroom, then put her back in bed” (this was the day she was discovered dead). Then he says he took a shower and went into the living area where he stayed until “time to go get King Eric.” this I believe was around 11 oclock and he calls out to Anna from the door to let her know where he’s going. HA! A lie! He called Moe twice to make sure that Moe was picking up the Gibsons. So did Howard leave at 11 or not? Next we have Moe meeting Howie at the elevator as he was coming down to “make a phone call”. Obviously his phone must not have worked well in the room, but oh wait, it sure as hell worked well after Anna was removed. Why was he really going downstairs? Reports indicate there was dried vomitus in the sink….was it Howies, and if so, why didn’t he clean up after himself..Geesh! If it was Anna’s, when did she throw up if Howard was there all the time? Why didn’t Howie physically go into the room and check Anna before he left to go get that all important boat? Could it be he knew she was already dead? Could it be, he discovered her dead, went and threw up in the sink, and in a panic was trying to leave the scene when he was caught at the elevator? She was “the love of his life” and he couldn’t even go in the room and make sure she was resting well before hitailing it and leaving Taz to discover her. His story is in no way believable Lin. Tell him he needs to think up a better lie!

I agree. Howie needed to be in that room. BTW I dont think the employee from the gas station/resturant has testified yet, and I don’t think the ATM tape has been shown. Did that happen in January? If so, does anyone know what was stated? If not, I haven’t heard about the tape or employee testifying in March.
What caused the red marks and bruises on Daniel’s back and pelvic area???
Sorry, these just are not from rescue attempts. I asked an expert in that area, “is it possible, these marks would be caused by rescue efforts”…..and if so what and how…The answer I got was “NO, it is not possible”!!!!
How does someone OD in a Hospital, where they SHOULD have the best chance of surviving??????

The Coral Harbor house (the pink one) and the boat are in the name of the Cracker Corp which is owned bt Wayne Munroe and another Bahamian attorney whose name I can’t remember.
The Cracker Corp has only two shareholders and directors. Wayne Munroe and Dion Smith. Dion Smith is the man that put his signature on DL’s birth certifcate that named HKS as the father.

There was a jug of pedialyte found on the nightstand. And a baby bottle that contained pedialyte was found lying on ANS’s shoulder and neck on top of the covers.

Off topic but I guess it can be considered an answer to one of the questions.
I have the book that recently came out by PoL Atteu and Patrik Simpson. Why this is in the book one can only imagine. Its proported to be a copy of Dr Wechts bill for the autopsy of Daniel. The total requested amount is $45,000.00. It appears that $22,500.00 was the charge for the autopsy itself.
The rest is:
“charges for phone conferences with attorneys, Howard K. Stern, Lab Corp and National Medical Services lab directors and toxicologists; research of medical and forensic scientific literature; news media interviews; faxes and mailing costs. TOTAL: $ 45,000.00. Kindly remit payment to: Cyril H. Wecht and Pathology.”

Carole, in a word. No. Its 122 pages. 20 of them are blank. Well you could call it wallpaper I suppose. I finished it in less than an hour easy. Its a pretty book made out of shiny thick paper. There are a lot of pictures but about half of them are familiar. Some of the familiar ones have a version with one or both of the men in them. The book is 8 1/2 by 11 in size. They have several pages of instant messages between ANS and the blond one. A couple of dress sketches and a recipe for ANS favorite spaghetti sauce. I guess its kind of a silly book. I would definitely take a look at it at a book store before buying it.

Hey, everybody…..I know I keep going back to Dannielynn being there the day Anna died, but something is just not jivin’ (I know, a lot ain’t jivin’). Anyway, I believe she was there and the phone call to the daycare center is just another reason to make me feel that. Moe and Tas, since they live there, could have known someone who could attend to Dannielynn while everyone was so busy that day….Moe “helping his brother move” (yeah, right)…..Howard going to get the boat…..King Eric and Brigit coming in…..Anna being dead and all!!!!
Ford Shelley said Howard was in the Bahamas the night Anna died. So did Pro Pinder, but I guess Ford could have told him.
I believe HKS, KE, BN, KE’s first mate, and the baby Dannielynn went back to the Bahamas that evening….it’s not but about 60 miles away and the yacht had 2 motors. Wouldn’t take that long. I think Nanny Gibson and Shane were at Horizons loading up Dannielynn’s stuff to take to Nanny Gibson’s house and Howard brought Dannielynn to her there at the “safe house”.

Yes, we do have the woman’s name (from Rita’s book), but that’s all we have. We don’t know how she came to know Moe, whether she was there for Moe, or for Anna or Howard for some reason. We don’t know when she left, nor what she does for a living (which would clear up a LOT of speculation). She is about as elusive as Alex Katz.
You know Flossie, my mind leans toward Dannielynn being there also, but I just think Moe would have outed that information by now if it were true. My understanding is that Anna was trying to detox before going to California for DNA workup, so it would make sense that DL would be there or close by for that purpose. My stumbling block is Moe’s failure to confirm it so far. where were the diapers that were sure to have been used? The room supposedly went into lockdown the minute Anna entered, so there was no maid service to empty the trash. Did Howard spend part of his time that morning disposing of all evidence that a baby was there….then why leave that bottle. I just can’t logically see her there, even though my emotional mind leans in that direction.

Hi Cat. Yes, I got that idea except for one part. Its during a time period when Howard is claiming to be the father of Dannielynn, but he calls her “Anna’s baby”. Not, “our” baby.
They also seem to make an effort to out Larry Birkhead which he obviously does not want I would say for legal reasons. That is just my opinion though.
The Medical Law I was referring to in the earlier post is called THE STANDARD OF CARE.

Couple interesting points in the book……
They talked to Dr. Kris on Monday who said that Anna had a very high fever. Dr. Kris had put her in an ice bath and Anna had slipped and hit her head. She refused to go to the Hospital, because the press would make a big deal of it.
They say Dr. Kris returned from Florida on TUESDAY, and said that Anna was going to Miami on Thursday get the boat and take it back to the Bahamas on Friday and Patrick was going with them.

Other than that, there wasn’t a lot of “information”, that wasn’t already revealed in ad/promo for the book. It never said whether Anna thought Larry was Bi or not….
I agree, Dying for the Truth. It’s P&P’s implication about Larry. Not ANS. Glad you got the book because one persons perception is not always the same as someone else.
The setting is a camp in Nebraska for children with HIV or AIDS that Larry shows up at to do a story on ANS for Star Magazine. She spent a week there with the kids and its where P&P first met Larry.
Here is what Patrik says:
“After our first meeting with Larry Birkhead he gave us the impression that he was “family” displaying some unusual behavior by hitting on Pol’ and myself. His secret rendezvous there included spending quite a bit of time with a particular young and handsome male counselor. Regardless, he would later go on to become Dannielynn’s biological father.”
They then display a photo of a 20 to 30 pound heavier (than now) Larry. He is sitting beside ANS hair stylist. He appears to be making what looks to me like a certain type of gesture with his tongue at whoever is taking the picture.
I am again assuming that the photo offered by the authors is meant to support the statement about Larry hitting on the two guys and a male camp counselor.

I read your question #11 and wanted to give you feedback on it.
Howard did not go with Anna to the Hospital because he was not allowed to. He was told to stay so the Police could speak with him. Moe went to the Hospital but I dont remeber seeing him get in the ambulance.
I seen an interview with Mrs Gibson. She is the one that said Howard was inconsolable and that he was asked not to go to the hospital and to remain there to answer questions.
She also said that they (King Eric,Howard and herself) wanted to go to the Hospital and drive themselves but they were not told what Hospital she was taken too. They could not find out.

For those of you who think John O’Quinn just happened to be passing the hospital when Dan visited his new sister and waited until Daniel was asleep to “plant” Jack Harding’s card in Dan’s pocket, that’s not how it went down. Daniel consulted with Jack Harding in California and that’s one reason Daniel had to die.
Not one word Harding has said is contrary to anything which happened. He is far more credible than posters on a forum including Bonnie who wasn’t there when Daniel spoke with Harding or when Daniel pocketed Jack’s card.
Howard knew full well that he wasn’t DL’s father. He stayed in the room to administer drugs. Possibly some of them by injection.

It was Moe with her in the ambulance, it was Moe with her at the hospital, it was moe who flew with her coffin to the Bahamas….. If I were Howard….(well we wouldn’t be here….lol) No One could’ve stopped me from being with her. Moe was only who was there for her, in my opinion.

Accordnig to RC’s book, The Cracker Corp was set up specifically for the purpose of buying the boat and the Coral Harbor house. It makes me think that ANS/HKS didn’t want her name on the title for the boat and deed for the house. Protection from creditors, probably. I find it extremely suspect that Wayne Munroe is HKS’s attorney and OWNS a house and boat that ANS bought.

To my knowledge, Moe is still very sweet and respectful of Anna. I have not seen any turn around….. so I don’t understand what you are talking about. I’ve never heard him say one bad thing about her. Of course I am aware that you are referring to “poor howard”. But, Moe has always said he acted strangely that day……..that howard stood there and told him to pull her out of the pool….he has always done the right thing by her. So if that means telling the whole truth, (when people are lying and being disrespecful……) He even gives howard a “way out”…..he just needs the whole truth to come out, so he can continue to do the right thing by her.

Will Larry Sue do the right and take THAT NEEDLE (the one with Anna’s DNA and Alex Cohen’s finger prints containing METHAMPHETAMINE) to the DEA.???????? To help them out with out with their case, so they can get the whole picture….whatever that is.
How can Dr. Kris smile like that (see the red couch) at Anna’s funeral, when she is supposed to be her friend????
Will Larry be able to tell the whole truth at the inquest, or is there something….that will make his story change???

I took down the picture after several (lol) emails from larry.
Why he is so concerned with that picture I have no clue.
The grin oo Dr evil was unreal, not the place for that type of smile. I really would like to kow what was on her mind

Red I would have never taken it down. Larry is discusting. He wants to be popular with the stars(he calls and says he will be there for pictures) but he don’t want the cons with it. Larry grow up and tell the truth for once. You told it before you got the baby. Or were you lying then too. Both are probably lies. I still can’t believe you took them down Red. We all seen them before you took them down so we know what he is. Everyone from tmz and topix and here seen them. Probably Roses too as they watch what goes on everywhere else.
Why on earth would he have that picture removed and not the other one??? The plot thickens…….
He wasn’t even in the picture that was taken down…..?????
Is this one of the “stolen pictures” Howard is suing about???

Is it false advertizing to say they will have someone’s opinion in a book, and then not include that information that was used to sell the book????? Was the book “edited” at the last minute…..is that why lots of things like this don’t make sense…???

Is it false advertizing to say they will have someone’s opinion in a book, and then not include that information that was used to sell the book????? Was the book “edited” at the last minute…..is that why lots of things like this don’t make sense…???

There was a picture of Dr. E at Annas funeral with the gay guys crying over the casket and behind them was Dr. E laughing really hard at the casket. There is also another picture of Larry Birkhead and another guy and it looks like they are holding hands. This is on the red couch.com
Well, good morning… the book is:
“Anna Nicole Smith: Portrait of an Icon” By Pol’Atteu and Patrick Simpson.
The last picture in the book, is one of Anna’s funeral. It has Pol’ and Patrick in the front at her casket, with some lady who is physcially upset….behinde them to the right, looks like Debra Opri is holding Larry Birkhead back (IMO)…But in the back to the left is a Picture of DR. EVIL with the most wicked grin on her face.
This picture was temp. placed on the Red Couch, but I guess Larry insisted it was taken down………
Why that picture????? (is my new question for the day)
