Virgie Arthur was interviewed by Craig Rivera for the Geraldo show tonight. When asked, Virgie said that she does not think her grandson, Daniel Smith’s death was suicide. She added that last weeks inquest in the Bahamas revealed prescription drugs that Daniel was taking were not a factor in his death but that methadone alone was.
When asked if it was Virgie’s opinion that methadone was intentionally given to him to cause harm, she replied “yes”.
Rivera then asked Virgie if she has concerns about the well being of granddaughter Dannielynn. Virgie stated that any child who is exposed to drugs in utero will eventually exhibit health problems and it is not known what the effects of the drugs could be in the future. She said that she sensed something wrong when she saw Dannielynn’s eyes and that no one in her family has “crossed eyes”.
When asked about accusations that she is only concerned about any money that she could receive, Virgie stated “Larry and Howard can have the money”. “I want Dannielynn in my life”.
Rivera asked her if she had anything that she would like to say to Larry. Virgie looked to the camera and asked Larry to take good care of Dannielynn and give her plenty of love and please give Anna’s family a chance. A chance for Dannilynn to know her family…

I believe with all of my heart and all of my being that time is on the side of truth and justice will prevail.
I do not for one minute doubt that Mrs. Arthur is doing no less than any mother would do to ensure that the person she feels has inflicted harm on her family for the past 13 years is held accountable. She has remained steadfast in her determination to hold Stern accountable and will not go gently into the good night.
There but for the grace of God is any one of us who has had an outside source continue to drive a wedge in our pain and in our hearts simply because of their endless sense of entitlement. Bravo to Mrs. Arthur for looking Stern in the face and saying she is not going away.
I continue to hold Mrs. Arthur in my prayers and in my heart with admiration and respect. May God continue to bless her and may she soon find the peace she so deserves and the justice she is seeking.

Dear Mr. Wood:
Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing. It allows me to express my opinions freely and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. I’ve always thought that OJ is guilty of killing two people, and I have freely expressed that opinion on blogs and forums. OJ may not like my opinion, but there is nothing he can do about it.
So, let’s talk about your client. The person who calls himself an attorney but only had one client who he lived off of for many years. Even had her drugs in his name and gave them to her. Took awful pictures of her “for money”. Signed her checks without written authorization, such as a Power of Attorney. And, in the end, allowed the drugs that killed both Anna and her son to be in the proximity of them when they died. At the very least, he did not protect them, at the very most, well, you catch my drift.
No, obviously I do not like your client. I find him to be a disgusting worthless creature who needs to own up to his contributions in the death of both Anna and Daniel. He needs to stop mooching off the memory of Anna. He needs to stop mooching off of his parents. He needs to stop his sense of entitlement to live off other people’s earning and grow up and act like a responsible adult instead of a selfish child. There, I’ve said it.
Now, here’s the thing, Lin. Yes, this site belongs to a person known as QV. This is her blog. She has opened up a portion of her blog for readers comments. That is where I come in. You cannot sue or threaten QV for MY opinion. You cannot stop ME from posting or blogging my opinion anywhere that allows me that the option. I will NOT be silenced. Justice WILL prevail.

Arthur hedged nonetheless, explaining that she was trying to think of the right way to answer. Later, Arthur admitted that a “third party” had paid for her hotel room in the Bahamas, and that she had traveled there to visit her grandson’s grave with David Leigh, a “close friend”—who also happens to be a journalist for Splash News.
A media insider covering the case tells Radar that when calls were made to Arthur’s phone, they were returned by Leigh. A woman answering Leigh’s phone in response to Radar’s calls confirmed that Leigh was the point of contact for Arthur, but Leigh himself did not immediately return calls.

Mr. Wood, I’ve very excited to learn that you read here. I hope you’ll be kind enough to take a few minutes out of your day to answer a few questions for me, if not, I’ll understand:
1-a) Why did Howard connive with Dr. E to obtain a deadly combination of drugs for Anna, even after he’d been warned of the potentially fatal consequences?
b) Why is Howard still so friendly with Dr. E, being that she prescribed the deadly combination of drugs that killed the “love of his life”?
2) How much did ET pay Howard, either directly or indirectly, for the “momma is never coming home again” video? What happened to that money? What about the rest of the interviews Howard did following Anna’s death? How much was he paid for those?
3) Why did Howard say in his deposition with O’Quinn that he worked as Anna’s business manager but then claim he had no knowledge of whether ET paid her for interviews/video footage?
4) Why does Howard expect people to believe that he took still photos of Daniel to prove to Anna that Daniel was dead? And, even more ridiculous, how can he expect us to believe Anna asked him to take them? Did she pull herself out of her overwhelming grief just long enough to say: “Hey Howard, snap a few shots of my dead son in case at some point in the future I forget that he’s dead and need a grisly reminder.”
5) Is Howard paying rent to live in DannieLynn’s house in the Bahamas or is he living off her inheritance?
6) When Aunt Bon-bon declared that Virgie would get her hands on DannieLynn only over her dead body, why didn’t she follow through after Virgie gave DannieLynn sugars all over her little face?
7) Why did Howard say under oath that the drugs were NOT in his name?
8) What is the status of the Daniel Wayne Smith foundation that Howard vowed to start with the money left over from selling Daniel’s final (living) photos?
9) How is Howard’s reputation worse now than it was pre-O’Quinn? Being that Howard says Rita’s accusations are preventing him from being able to find gainful employment, can you please tell us where he has applied?
10) Why were the drugs that killed Anna prescribed to Howard?

sorry God Rules, but you are quite wrong. There are a list of debtors a mile long that can touch Anna’s estate after Howard finally finishes listing assets. There isn’t going to be anything left for DL. We have no idea where any of the money generated by Anna in the Bahama’s is at the moment. It’s most assuredly NOT in the bank account frozen by Callendars and Co for not paying her legal bills. Howard, to be her “business manager” did a Pi$$ poor job of paying her debts.
