Larry Birkhead testified today at the inquest into the death of Daniel Smith held in the Bahamas. Birkhead had previously told the Bahamian police that Anna had given Daniel Ecstasy, but on the stand Birkhead said he couldn’t say this actually happened.
Birkhead also testified that Anna Nicole was concerned about the friends that Daniel was hanging around with from the community college that he attended and her concerns also included a possibility that he was drinking too much and that he had lost 20 pounds and was breaking curfew.
Birkhead also said that Anna Nicole preferred Daniel take drugs in her presence rather than running around experimenting with his friends.
Birkhead told the court that a bottle of Anna Nicole Smith’s methadone disappeared from her Los Angeles home around April 2006 and a review of the home’s security videotapes showed Daniel Smith had taken the powerful prescription painkiller.
In response to a question, Birkhead said he did not know if Daniel might have removed the bottle to prevent Anna Nicole from taking the methadone, a drug she had struggled at times to drop.
Birkhead under oath, was asked about other statements he made to the cops back in 2006. He had told police he saw Howard K. Stern smoke pot with Anna and Daniel. During his testimony today, Birkhead said he was not completely clear on what he saw.
Sterns attorney,Wayne Munroe, noted that Birkhead was embroiled in a custody 
with Stern at the time of the police statement.

Larry Birkhead testified today. He said that Anna, Stern, and Daniel smoked marijuana. Anna gave Daniel ecstacy and Methadone. His memory is hazy as to when this was. Stern may take the stand this afternoon.
Correction LB’s recollection is hazy from the statement he made before to the police. Virgie Arthur and Billy Smith’s attorney questioned him on this.
Larry Birkhead also said that he was concerned about Smith taking drugs while she was pregnant.
Am I the only one that is wondering if HKS & LB had a study date last nite? Making sure to cram all their stories and make sure they get an A+ from the jury on BS …

I feel so bad for Daniel as his name is trashed today. I do not understand how anybody could lie for money.
Morals are slipping everyday with these thugs that hung around with Anna. Sure makes you sick to your stomach. Also the picture that Red has on her site or was on her site of a journalist makes me just as sick. Haha
Wasnt the college that Daniel was attending during his time that Sr. Stern was his gate keeper .. or was that Martino.
You would think that if Daniel was becoming an addict that Anna, Larry, and Stern would have b`lined it to a rehab to ENSURE he did NOT travel the same bumpy road his mother fought with.
Not so suprisingly is LB testimony of blurry memory. Coulda been all the “drugs” he didnt know HE was taking .. or how that mystery penny landed in his pocket.
What a sad bunch of misfits. Disgusting … using the unfortunate death of a promising child to cover their muddy tracks … makes one ill enough to scream!

St Patrick’s day is the day we celebrate the fact that St. Patrick drove the snakes from Ireland! It looks like the Bahama’s could have used St. Patrick there to drive to snakes Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern from their island.
