Attorneys for Virgie Arthur filed a motion to compel Howard K. Stern to produce certain documents that he was requested and failed to bring to his January 4th deposition for the Arthur vs Stern defamation lawsuit.
Attorneys for Arthur obtained a couple of the requested documents pertaining to a bankruptcy that was filed by Anna Nicole Smith in 1997. Page four of the current motion contains references to the Contingency-fee Agreement which is attached to a Debtors Application to Employ Special Personal Counsel between Howard K. Stern and his now defunct law firm, Stern, Rale and Khavarain.
In a footnote on the page, counsel for Virgie Arthur suggests the reason that Stern did not produce the document as requested is because the two documents which were signed by Vicky Lynn Marshall on the same day, have discrepancies in the signatures looking like they could have been signed by two different people. Also, one of the original attorneys in Stern’s former firm was disbarred.
I have taken screen shots of the two signatures so you can compare them yourself. The Nanny checks are up there too.The top one signed by Howard and the bottom one signed by Dr Khris.
The rest of the motion lists what Stern was requested to produce and his arguments for not doing so.

By the “R” in Marshall alone you can tell that someone else signed it. The letter “r” is miswritten in cursive by almost everyone. And the fact that the second “l” is missing is also telling. What would be nice is to be able to compare these signatures to the check signatures (from the Nannies).
Hi Carole, yes that would be nice to see. I wonder if there is a picture of those checks anywhere. Also, someone sent me Anna Nicole’s signature with the little smiley face and I would like to put that up too but I can’t get it down loaded for some reason.

you know the tapes from Mr.C zoomed in on the signature made by Howard and the one made by Dr. E….I had saved them from YouTube, but I don’t know if the YouTube link is still there.
I love the docs BTW…You do know however that a motion to compel can be ignored and then there should be a show cause hearing, or some such thang…I don’t think any of this is going to happen in the next couple of months unfortunately.

Just wondering, if you or anyone thinks an independent handwriting expert may be able to tell apart the two signatures to see if indeed it was forged?

Clues, I think they’d actually need the original documents to say conclusively, but the whole name “Marshall” is characteristically (?sp..LMAO)different. the break at the “h” the disappearing “s” the capital “M”…all of it is different.
Good point Carole! Also, it looks like Rose and Ken Turner were subpoenaed again. They filed a motion to quash. That is on the bottom of todays article.
lol…I expected they would, especially since she’s so busy doing a makeover with DeCrisco, and turning her once exclusively HKS board into a “celebrity” board.

Thanks. I came up with that name due to my kids do not like that I ask too many questions regarding their whereabouts and it drives them nuts (they don’t realize I’m just a concerned mom LOL.) :)
The Nannie checks are up there now. The top one is signed by HKS. The bottom one by Dr Khris.
I hate to say it but it looks like 4 different signatures…we know the top is HKS and the other check is Dr. E. I would be inclined to believe the aka Anna signature is the real signature of Vickie Marshall just based on the handwriting I’ve seen in her diary….so who is number 4? Do we have a copy of Ron Rale’s signature? Not saying it’s him, but just so we could compare…or, I hate to say this, do we have Ray Martino’s?

If you look at the signature on her will from 2001, it more closely resembles the legal signature on the right above. Do you have a copy of the will, QV?
And by no means am I saying that it is Anna’s actual signature– thought I should make that clear. :)

I’m not sure the DL signature can be included. She was sober when she signed that one or I don’t think she’d have passed the test. We are more unsure as to her functionality as a legal adult.
I think BamaCat’s collage is a great idea. The only similarity I see in any of the names is the “S” in the Smith
I’m going with all the sigs are bogus with the exception of her DL. Makes me wonder if Anna really signed that bank letter Howie used to buy the burial plots. Wish we could get our hands on that document.

Hey freida where have you been? Missed you. On the signatures when we sign our name we always make certain letters near each other. It can be proved and I am sure it is being taken care of.

wow, looking at all of them together, it’s obvious that the earliest signatures are the same as the “Vickie Marshall Anna Nicole Smith” signature. If you will further note, there is only one signature that uses Lynn and that is the mispelled Marshall signature that is very clearly a forgery.
I’m not even sure that’s her signature for the will. it looks too neat.
My sight has gone begooggally-eyed! Where is a good handwriting expert when you need one! LOL! The will signature, the applicant signature and the HKS nanny check all drop between the “H” and the “A” but then I have gone begooggally-eyed!

I recall a Freeper poster named “Nature” pointing out in magnified pics that the will initials/signatures were clearly different on the added page about omitting future heirs I believe it was.
Looking at it closely the “dots” appeared rounder than the squarer “dots” on all the other pages.
Nature is also the one who first had all the pictures of the pool party that Rose later claimed as her own discovery.
Sorry, but I am just giving credit where credit is due. :o)

Yeah, I found it. If it was intentional, I would have left it on all of them. I don’t know what she is talking about as far as installing flash so the address can be seen. I use a program called PDF fill which involves no flash program.
I removed it until I have time to fix it.

After reading the documents Rose would be wise to give up all she has.This will lead her into financial ruin. Bonnie and Howard will drop her like a hot potato. I highly doubt they will pay any attorney fees….She needs to do the right thing and save herself in the process. But on the other hand, I bet she sacrifices her whole existence for Howie. He and Bonnie will betray her in a heart beat.
The documents say nothing. They just state what they want. GMAB. The individuals named in the subpeonas had nothing to do with ANS’ ET! interview where she raged at Virgie and called her “mommie dearest”. Where is the amended complaint? The one that adds defendants? That is what I want to see.

And a bit of a correction. Those last documents were posted after 1am last morning. So they were up for about 14 hours, most of them being times of little to no traffic. They were not up there for two days. If anyone wants their information all they have to do is open a Pacer account. A Pacer account is free for anyone to obtain so don’t act like its such a federal case.
And don’t believe everything she tells you either.She is a drama queen and falsifies being a victim. Lets see some police reports.

QV I agree with you. I was reading when she put the wall of shame up and it was all over tmz and different sites.rose started this and has been starting the Virgie bashing and then has her followers commenting on her articles of bashing, of course then they do their bashing.
On the wall of shame their was several ips and addresses on their. Then Maryst put the address of Missy. also put things to make it so she didn’t sell her book.
