Stern intentionally portrayed himself as the good guy who did not trash Daniel by saying Daniel did drugs. I believe Birkhead and Stern each played their parts exactly as they had planned and they knew ahead of time exactly how each would testify. I believe the Bahamian jurors are probably intimidated by Stern’s well known Bahamian attorney, Wayne Monroe, and will not recommend criminal charges against Stern.
