Nelda and Kenneth Turner who are being sued for defamation by Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, have filed a motion with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to move their case to the Southern District Texas court. The documents state so they can be consolidated with the other lawsuits related to this case.
Attorney Michael Meyer for the O’Quinn Law Firm, rebuts this motion saying that the Eastern District is indeed the proper place and states that subpoenas were issued in the Eastern District and should be enforced in the same place as so far the Turners have not produced potential evidence as asked for. Qv thanks for the links and I want to say when I read who is supporting Howard and what they represent, the liberal anything goes, makes me sick. I sure thank you for your honesty and for supporting a mother and grandmother that was destroyed on national TV and on the internet. I have never seen so many law suits. I support Virgie and I know so many others do too. I am so glad Virgie has McCabe and O’Quinn working on her befalf. thank again.

I am so grateful to both you & Havana for realizing you were being used for ill-gotten gain & came forward to set the record straight.
You could have crawled away & never said a word but instead you choose to come forward & attempt to rebuild what damage you might have caused.
That takes a big person to do so.
Guess we know why she closed her site to the public, as she wants to keep things hid.
It didn’t & won’t work, as McCabe is not as stupid as she would like others to believe.
Do these people not realize she lied & continues to lie?
Just look at the things she wiped off her site to keep them from knowing.

I think I may have have misunderstood you to be saying that you hope the court steam rollers this case to mean that you hoped that they would just squash it. I have been reading too many newspapers about people saying bad things about QV and Havana and about the lawyers and the judge and wishing this case would be dismissed. I have become very defensive and protective of those that are fighting for truth and justice. No matter what happens I am grateful for those that have been honest and told the truth. QV and Havana have been through so much just to do what is right and honest and I am tired of them being treated badly. They are heroes. I am protective of QV because I am so grateful for her honesty and I just will not have someone coming to her site and saying something offensive to her! She deserves respect!

LOL…The wedding invitations will say “You are invited to the cat fight between…..”
I’d much rather be posting here today. Everyone enjoy the holiday weekend. I’ll be trying to find something besides black to wear to the wedding.

Carole I had hate in me for so many years about someone. I was so stressed out, but a year ago I found another way. I learnt to love what is. I love reality. Your daughter marrying a guy that you don’t like is reality. You have to ask yourself if this is really true that you hate him. How would you be to your daughter if you didn’t have this thought of I hate him? It would be so wonderful wouldn’t it? You could be with her and be your happy self. So you can do two things. One you can live with the stress of hating him and not be happy when your with your daughter, 2 You can get rid of the thought and be so happy and love when your with her and enjoy the now when your with her. Turn the thought of hating him around and you will find you hate the thought of hating. He is still going to marry your daughter. Life is too short to be hating someone your child loves.

Thank you so much. Yes, it is important to recognize that we all make mistakes. No matter who we are we make mistakes. If you don’t then you are defeating the whole purpose of living. I believe we are here on this earth to learn and to be come better in the next realm of heaven. Humans only use 10% of their brains and there is so much knowledge that mankind does not even have a grasp of. Can you imagine having all knowledge open up to you. I believe all of that knowledge will be granted to us in heaven but we must have proven ourselves of being worthy of all of that knowledge. Can you imagine all knowledge available to someone that is evil and has sinister inclinations. We have to make mistakes to learn and to become wise. We have to accept responsibility for our wrongs and try to do the right thing to become wise. That is what I believe QV and Havana did and it was not an easy thing to do! That is why I love and admire them so very much. Not only the fact that they told the truth but they did it knowing they would be attacked by very mean spirited people. They did that and they remained strong! They are role models to me. I wonder how many other people have the strength to do that. Most people would just fade into the woodwork and not say anything. But, QV and Havana did the most Valiant thing. I am grateful that there are people in this world like that.
