Wow, looks like Lin Wood wants Dannielynn’s inheritence (if any)to pay Howie’s legal fees. I wonder why since Howie had the green light to sue Ben and Ford in the Bahama’s that he chose South Carolina for a venue?
Ford Shelley stated he turned over everything he had from Horizons. I’ve yet to hear whether the items that were being loaded into the van when Ford arrived at Horizons have been recovered. How does Howard know that the person or persons in the van didn’t take (for goodness sake!)Anna’s 20 sunglasses? Me thinks this will be a very hard case for Howie to prove.
I hope Ford Shelly hits Howard hard. He has the money to get a good attorney. Why in the world would Howard sue Ford when he knows all was given back to the estate and also the house is GBTs house.
Wasn’t GBT paying the light bill for the Horizons? It funny that Howard was living there and wasn’t paying a single red cent. He in my eyes is the scum of the earth. When Shelly had the lights turned off wasn’t he paying the bill?
I know Ford ‘Slime’ Shelley and he is a lying cheating fool. He has misled and cheated many people out of lots of money and belongings. My wish for him is that he gets what he deserves!
It is the place Fordand G. Ben live they are here in Horry county,S.c. so Howard filed in the court of their residence.
By the way about 2 weeks ago Ford turned over the laptop of Anna’s so Carol the van didnt contain that at least…
My opinion was always that Howard K. Stern should have never remained where Anna was living when she died, he should have called her family when she died, and his family should have never moved into Ben Thompson’s home which was NEVER Anna’s home, which she admitted. I wish someone could explain to me how a family who were not related to Anna in any way, took over her possessions and Ben Thompson’s home, refused to let Anna’s mother even see her grandchild, and then filed to take that house from the rightful owner. And, after the manner in which Daniel and Anna died, suspicious to put it mildly, it makes it appear that the officials in the Bahamas were bought and paid for with monies possibly confiscated from Anna’s accounts, and that in my view is the ONLY reason Howard was allowed to stay in a house from which he had been served eviction notices and then allowed to try to take owner ship of the house. It is ludicrous beyond belief.
Hopefully justice will finally be served in ALL aspects of all that has been done to Daniel, to Anna, to Danielynn, to Virgie Arthur, and to Ben Thompson. I hope ALL the facts come out, that ALL will be exposed, and that justice will be served and ALL guilty parties will now be prosecuted and sentenced.
Great comment! I totally agree with all those points. In the USA, there is no way those people would have been permitted to stay in that house. But sadly in the USA, interlopers are allowed to take over where the family should have been. ANS was an unmarried woman and her family should have been allowed to bury her.
Yes, and from all I read Seidlin did not abide by the laws on the FL books when he gave Anna’s body to Stern, Howard perjured himself in Seidlin’s court and showed contempt for the court in another line of questioning which Seidlin ignored, and I question what is going on in our country’s Judicial system when that was allowed. Also, since then Seidlin has been accused of bribery in the Florida courts and charged with misconduct in the matter of another estate or swindling. I still question Seidlin’s appointing Richard Milstein, who stayed in the Bahamas with Howard after Anna’s funeral, and who charged for his services almost the entire amount that was in the child’s Trust Fund. Outrageous!
Citizens of this country have watched with contempt and disbelief as deaths were not properly investigated, Anna’s grieving mother was defamed and slandered, and endless suspicious activities regarding Anna’s Estate and her daughter’s right to have her inheritance protected have gone without proper handling by the Courts or by law enforcement.
