As I wrote a few days ago, there are many facets and people from all walks of life involved in the story of the deaths of Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel Wayne Smith. One sector is the infinite world of the internet and its bloggers.
Howard K. Stern's attorney Lin Wood wrote a piece entitled "Litigating in the Court of Public Opinion".
I personally have not read any of his work but the title is intriguing in that some of the folks in the internet part of this story are what I consider warriors for the truth. Their truth. These warriors come from all over the world.
Those of like minds who have gathered together to discuss this case are very passionate about it. They are shaping public opinion. Some realize it and work hard at it. Some just like the discussion and arguing. However they indeed are making a difference concerning what the public thinks about the premature deaths of Anna Nicole and Daniel. And they do matter and will be heard in the various lawsuits. Maybe not right out front but they are there. And so am I.
I suppose that is why Mr. Lin Wood checks in on my site most every day. He knows from experience that we are a part of these cases. I’m kind of busy in the summer time so I don’t have too much to say. Things will be more active as we move into fall Mr. Wood, so keep checking back.
Without further commentary from me, I would like to present another article written by the blogger known as Einy. Her group experienced first hand how involved and even scary this case has become for some of us that are said to be unimportant. And as these civil lawsuit cases move on, I fear more of the same of what Einy is writing about.

Love Einys article and hope Virgie wins it all.
Hi guys…
I can’t wait for the next one Einy writes.
Thanks QV. Have a good weekend away. Relax and enjoy.
I read the article at the Redcouch (you know how I like to read all sides) and I say wow and hmmmm at the same time.Though I am not privy to that chat or anyother I can say reading it opens eyes more to how scary it all is.
This particular statement really stuck “The Team went out and repeated the lie until they convinced themselves that they “knew” what did and didn’t happen.”
My feelings are some are not remaining true to themselves. They know the truth but whatever it be that holds them back, their pride? Having to admit what was right in front of them all along. Stubborness? Feeling accepted? who knows but its about being true to ones self.
Ive stepped back, to me this was my way of seeing the big picture. I have formed my own opinions but in the end my opinions dont matter.
I made a few online friends and I know where I can go to post and not be called a “fence sitter” or other names Because I am friends with someone who has somewhat differing opinions. Its not because I support Virgie,Larry or even Howard. Its because of my choice of a friend well guess what too bad!! I make my decisions! I form my opinions! Call me a “fence sitter” it shows your maturity level.GROW UP! Days of cliques should have left your thought process in Jr high.
Some of you I am sure in your real everyday life are very nice women. The alter egos played out here all I can say is shame.I see some act all christian like and then those same people the things you spew,Shame on you. How true are you to yourselves?
Im off to Arts to ask that question to someone over there.
Some people are their own worst enemy
mishme I don’t understand the paragraph you wrote here. what are you upset at? Einy wrote a great article and I was there during the days all this went on at Suns. It was nasty sometimes when Naz and other came on. Nothing was ever said about them till they got there.
Oh sweet I have been banned…..lol.
Good move people, Only proves what I have said and known. By forming my own opinion. You people are so transparent, you DO NOT have an open website.Oooo I have been banned because I called out a hypocrite. The ones who left you they got it right.
So here it is out on the line…..
NO I dont think Howard is a murderer.
I wish people would leave Larry alone to raise that poor little girl who will have a hard enough time growing up in this cold world with nasty people.
and as far as Virgie goes NO I dont think her going on tv was right, I think she should have gone straight to Anna.
I think if all parties sat down without High priced lawyers they could work something for that little girl SHE IS WHAT MATTERS! SHE DOESNT HAVE A MOMMY! Virgie should be allowed to see her NOT custody but to have a part in her life she is the closest thing she has to her mommy. My feelings because I have a heart Virgie lost a daughter and a grandson. I know as a mother she regrets and I know she wishes she did things differently
But who am I? my opinion does not matter and doesnt change the outcome in any of this.
So call me a fence sitter and I say F O……….

Einy wrote a nice article
I am eagerly awaiting the next article in the series.
After a hectic weekend, I’m finally getting around to putting in my two cents worth. Einy’s article, as always, was both informative and enlightening. I missed QV’s early days, Jane Devin’s site, and Sun’s Chat. In some ways, I’m glad because I was able to form my own opinions based on the known facts (as few as they are)and by using good old common sense. I have been convinced since Anna died that Howard was in someway involved in their deaths.
Nothing that has come to light since that day has swayed me from my conviction. I believed it before I heard it spoken or saw it written by another soul. I don’t drink the koolaid.
I believe Howard has filed this latest frivilous suit in South Carolina to milk Anna’s estate of what little has been left in it. I sure hope he got approval from the California Courts to file a suit on behalf of the estate in the state of SC. Come to think of it, the items taken by Ford at Anna’s request are a part of the Bahamian estate…I wonder why Howie didn’t file there? Is it because, perhaps, there is no longer an “estate” there?
And lastly, nothing to do with Howie, per se, but Mishme….you are banned at Art’s? Or was that a joke?
