- QV : I didn't keep track of what she was doing. I think she was denied the paupers thing too in the Federal case.

- Guest_1483 : There is a law day docket for Summary Judgment set for 5/5/2010. Do you have any information on it. I notice it is different in that it is a law day docket and not just a submission docket like when CBS filed. TIA/JMO
