Interview with Brother, Lee A-
-claims car smelled up garage..Hit like a wave and very potent.
-Went to TL appartment to get CA stuff midnight on July 15
-Got laptop she had for past month
-Noted everything was well organized in bag and thought it wasn’t like CA to be so neat
-got back to house at 2:25 am with CA stuff
-Dumped out contents and went thru everything. CA took cash that was stolen from her out of CA wallet
and found stolen credit cards.
-mentions CA stole checks from LA friend R in Jacksonville in the past
-receipts from CA chronologically by date..22 total from the 20th to the 15th..Defense attorney has them
-JG and CA maintain a regular relationship not known to parents for past couple of years up until May till TL
-Possibly asked JG to confide in

-TL brought CA to house to get gas can the week before car was towed. TL didn’t know she stole them

Girl CA worked with
-Met CA at Fusion when CA was working
-Didn’t know she was a mom till later
-worked at Fusion 2 times as a shot girl when 2 girls quit to help out, it was last minute
-June 27 and July 11 dates she worked
-CA appeared to be happy and content
-Talked to CA on July 15 about incident at Fusion on July 11
-JR said she wasn’t going to work there anymore because she was only helping out
-CA told her she was going to her Universal job
-They discussed Caylee was her daughter and her d-bay was the next month
-Incident on July 11 at Fusion was girls stomach was scratched
-The only time she saw CA drink was May 23 when she was up on stage
-Only hung out at Fusion
-They were supposed to go out but CA called and cancelled because she got a speeding ticket
and told her not that night.
-The next morning she called CA and CA had a hang over from getting really drunk
-Time frame was mid-June
-CA told her she had just recently moved to the area from JR thought was the Lee Vista area or wherever CA parents are from

-lied about how close he was to CA
-admitted he was intitmate
-Is a friend of JG and met her thru him at a firing range with Caylee
-JG is ex fiance and went to academy with JG
-Met at Subway on Moss Park Rd
-Couple of weeks later met CA at the bar he was working as a bouncer at Latitudes
-CA and JG were hanging all over each other and AR assumed they were back together
-Became Facebook/Myspace friends are Christmas time
-Went out to eat then back to his appartment and ‘hooked up’ first week of January
-CA told him she got a new job as a party planner, taking up a lot of time and working from home
and mentions Caylee is her kid not sister.
-They didn’t talk again until end of April/beginning of May
-Beginning of May CA stopped by and talked to AR about JG and ing with him.
She also mentions talking to a new guy TL.
-Middle to end of May CA goes over to AR and has sex again with him
-IM message on May 8 to AR ,CA mentions ‘at least kid is passed out’

-AR claimed CA would call Caylee munchin and weird things like that.
- CA said she was moving to Jacksonville with someone she was dating and she was buying a house for her and Caylee
-They hadn’t spoken for a while and she never moved because she broke up with the guy but she would be glad to get out of parents house. CA said her parents helped her with Caylee
- AR said she drank, mentioned marihuana and maybe some kind of pills or something
- The only time he saw her sh**house was with JG and JG had to pretty much carry her out of the bar.
Timeframe of that was September and November and more possible November
-AR knew she used cannibis and had a high tolerance to a drug and alcohol
-He (JG) may have tried some things but didn’t know what
and didn’t want to go on record about because he wasn’t sure.
- CA told him Caylee father was dead and a friend of hers from high school maybe
- She tried to claim JG was the father
- CA wasn’t clingy about the sex was like okay, it’s good, it’s over . She never spent the night and left right after
-They used protection the first time and not the second time.

AR: Yeah (affirmative) I felt like the girl.

Friend of CA. Checks and money stolen
-Always wanted to meet CA parents before she moved in with CA but was told they were crazy
-Always an excuse of why she couldn’t
-Tried for a month to meet them
-CA said she was about to buy a place to live and said AH could move in with them
-CA buying house fell through then told AH her mom was signing house over to her .
Her mom getting condo and grandparents coming from Mt.Dora for a better facility.
AH can move in with her and she will be taking over mortgage payments.
-time frame is mid-May of conversation
-early to mid-June house would be signed over and planned on moving in June
-Various stuff happened. CAs mom took it back, had 30 days to negate deal and her parents were getting a divorce.
Was still going to look for an appartment
-CA started listening to the same music as TL
-CA would eat a brownie and started smoking more pot than she ever had
-Getting pot from TL
-week of June 14 thru 21 kind of fell off the face to AH
-Everything was all phone calls since Jacksonville
-Spent every night June 30 thru July 5
-CA always had an explanation of where Caylee is and said she was at Busch Gardens and having fun
-Fourth of July CA says Caylee is at Sea World for the weekend

July 31 second interview with JG-
ex-fiance’

- Changing testimony says he can’t actually be sure he heard Caylee in background.

2 scenarios going thru.
-Doesn’t believe Casey would ever hurt Caylee on purpose.
-Casey would leave Caylee unattended.
-Caylee could have asphyxiated and died in the time she was unattended.
-She like to put rocks or dog food in her mouth.
-Casey could have had mental breakdown and put Caylee somewhere and told herself a new reality of what happened. -She would be in her own separate world and has mental issues that needs to be dealt with.
-She wouldn’t have told anyone unless she needed someone to help her.
Wouldn’t have been him and thinks it would have been Tony L. who was her current boyfriend who she was in love with. He would have told the correct people if something had happened.
-He thinks Casey would have put Caylee next to the playhouse if something had happened to her.
Can’t think of anywhere else.
-She loved the playhouse and would always go there when he was outside with her.
-For the first eleven months and then the 2 months Oct. /Nov. when he got to see her Caylee was always at home unless with the nanny.
- Don’t think there was anywhere else he can remember except home, pool and playhouse.

Needs mom to come in to say who had Caylee on what day and not getting the cooperation to do it.

Casey affective liar, diabolical liar.

Never saw her doing drugs. Possibility of ransom. Fusion nightclub is drug friendly club.
Possibly ripped of someone at Fusion and pissed off the wrong person.
She tries to fit in with boyfriend such as liking the Yankees, smoking weed.

Girlfriend of ALs roommate Clint. He stayed there(TLs) for a couple of weeks while looking for a place
-After June 9th (10,11,12) saw CA with Caylee.
-Went to boyfriends (TL roommate) appartment around 7 pm, Caylee answers door.
-something didn’t sit right with her, gut instinct.
-Was out on balcony with Caylee asking if she had seen any alligators in lake and Caylee was pointing out birds.
-She had to leave but she didn’t think it was safe for Caylee to be out on the balcony.
-There was always something off and struck her as odd. (*second mention)
-She was over there all the time.
-She would talk to boyfriend in afternoon, she was there. She would go over after work between 5 and 7:30 and she was there.
-Found it odd since CA ha a full time job and had daughter to take care of.
-She had start, she had come over a couple of times.
-Found odd that CA herself was over there without Caylee and spend the night a lot.
- She says CA stayed with TL all week end of June 20
-Saturday(21) or Sunday(22) morning asked CA where Caylee was and CA says she was at beach with nanny
-Found it odd that CA would trust Caylee with strangers on the balcony to watch her.(going back to balcony incident)
-Balcony was second floor
-Found it odd that CA was in TLs room and left Caylee with a group of strangers in living room
-She helped Caylee put on socks and shoes
-There was a certain lack of…
-CA told her she worked at Universal but knew it wasn’t true because she was always at TLs
and no way could she work 9-5.
-Claimed she had a nanny who was a friend and she paid $400.00 a week for.
-CA told her Caylee’s father was deceased
-Beginning of July said she lived with parents and they moved out of house and left it for CA and Caylee
- Thought TLs relationship with Caylee was good and didn’t mind Caylee around.
- After June 9 CA was basically staying at TLs appartment and CA would be there hanging out, cooking dinner.

George finds gas cans in trunk.

George was going into the trunk to get a tool because he was going to rotate tires that week end.

George also mentions Caylee is with Zanny according to Casey.

-Caylee with nanny at the beach..Heard the name Zanny at least for 6 months..

According to AH-Possibly day when CA tells her smell in car is worse.CA claims maybe dad ran over something in car when he borrowed it and smells like something dies in it and mentions engine being source of smell.
-CA texts AH that her car ran out of gas.
Also says it is 2 Friday nights in a row car ran out of gas.
-CA tells AH that she thinks she has a problem with fuel gauge
and definately an animal platered to the frame of her car and she had gotten rid of it.
-CA is waiting for TL to pick her up
-CA tells AH Caylee is at the beach with nanny and her kids.
CA was meeting up with them and was there for like 2 days.

-That morning CA left and said she would be back

-CA had clothes and groceries from house,freezer pops and Tyson chicken.

She was gone for like 20 min.
-CA told TL while he was in NY that her dad picked up car and took it to a mechanic or dealership.

Stayed in living room played video game, watching tv while CA took shower. No Caylee which surprised him
12:00 pm Room mate came in and met CA for the first time and then she left. 12:56 pm Casey called Amy about living situation.
11:08 pm She stayed at R and AH

CA went to Voyage possibly with TL.

2:46pm CA got new tattoo by herself according to A(Text message about Zanax).
Haven’t seen her since first of the month and never saw the new tattoo.
5-11 pm TB girlfriend in town and left M(gf) with CA.
CA never discussed Caylee with M(gf).

Didn’t want to talk about the text but once she got drunk she would talk about it later.. Caylee was at Seaworld with the nanny per AH at party with CA.

According to JG-Casey with Will and went shopping at IKEA.
Staying at TL appartment every night

According to WW- CA shows up at his place and they leave around 11:30
-Went to Zaxby’s for lunch

-Went to IKEA till about 4:00
-CA says nanny had Caylee the whole time
-CA says she is getting a place with her friend who also has kids and they would pay for a nanny together
-CA talked to him while she was getting TL Jeep washed and up to the point she was on the escalator
in the airport picking up TL.
-CA calls him back 5 minutes later because TL isn’t there and she has to wait

According to TL-CA picks up TL from airport in Jeep late afternoon /early evening
-CA had his car washed before picking him up
- CA bought him a CD
- Went to Winn Dixie for groceries then went to appartment
-Went to see UFC with TL at Buffalo Wild Wings
-Met SD and A(she is in a previous text where CA mentions getting xanax from)

According to AH- CA is on the computer early morning
-CA is very happy and giddy TL is coming home

According to JG-Troy recieves text from Casey that Casey is with Tony at 12:52 .

Everyone suppose to go to PR that they had planned to go in May which Casey planned and was excited about it. She had called him about it and all they had to pay for was the flight. Ricardo has family there.
