- Guest_1483 : I don't think the Appeals Court time problems are entirely Teresa's fault. Although litigants like her and HKS do gum up the works. JMO

- QV : Right..the second one is probably not. They have the deluxe edition though that holds more data. I think its $20 a year for that one.
- Guest_1483 : Appeals Courts seem to have their own idea of time. The system seriously needs to be speeded up.
- QV : Me too. I hope they see the need to get the show on the road.
- Guest_1483 : The first one that he has mentioned might be a business account, but we don't know about the second one HKS has now listed.
- QV : I don't think it will be either. However, maybe the rules are different for a business account. Maybe the data is kept longer. I have no idea though. Just IMO.

- Guest_1483 : Yes. It appears they will get some of the information, provided it can still be retrieved by Yahoo. If it was deleted too long ago, I don't know if it will be retrievable. JMO

- Guest_1483 : Yes. The defendants want Arthur to pay for Ball, then they claim Ball works for Arthur, but when it is offered for them to split the cost for Ball or pay Ball themselves they don't want that either. You can't have you cake and eat it too. JMO

- Guest_1483 : I think some are disappointed with todays events since they thought the case was going away with this Judge. So they are confused that he is continuing with discovery. JMO

JMO - Guest_1483 : Yes. McCabe has a valid argument. HKS and Wood neglected to give the court important and pertinent information to the litigation pending before it. JMO
