You know I actually think makin’ those cakes is a whole lotta trouble…

Why not just make a sandwich, with lot’s of mayo and fresh bread, and have a few chips on the side.

Darn it, and the ‘Scarecrow’ used to be my favorite.

I can’t stand anything hot so mine are always bland. I love em though. Now I have to make some too :-)

Crab cakes were a little, too spicy with the red pepper, although I only added a little finely diced…should’ve used spring onions or chives.

The first batch kinda fell apart a little and so I added more bread crumbs and the second batch came out pretty nice.

Not bad for my first attempt and I do tend to go a little overboard sometimes.

I froze some, hope that’s OKay…

The ones on QVC are probably what tempted me in the first place and even when they were on sale, with free shipping, and what’s that split payment plan called…oh, yeah ‘Charge it.’…

You never know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone…I grew up eating free seafood and now I don’t like to pay for it.

I will perfect the recipe…just give me time and that will be at least a month…when I’m done eating the one’s I’ve made.

What ‘thread’ is this…
