I havent had a chance to read all the latest lawsuit documents today but I did read the “Second Amended Original Petition” where Virgie Arthur is adding Larry Birkhead to her defamation lawsuit. She is also suing Howard K. Stern, Bonnie Stern, Art Harris, TMZ Productions, Harvey Levin, Rose Turner, Lyndal Harrington and Teresa Stevens. The later three are bloggers and Turner is the owner of a pro Howard K. Stern website Rosespeaks.com
Attorney Neil McCabe is asking the court for sanctions against Bonnie Stern due to her being unresponsive in his requests for discovery.
I had a chance to touch base with Attorney Neil McCabe and he said today’s the hearing went well. His motion to compel Bonnie Stern to produce was granted with some minor exceptions.
The Discovery is to be done through an independent forensic computer expert with the judge saying she will grant the same with Art Harris, Lyndal Harrington and Rose Turner if they also do not cooperate as requested.
Attorney Ogden who represents Bonnie Stern, Art Harris, Rose Turner and Lyndal Harrington asked Judge Tony Lindsey if the judge should make Mr. McCabe show that he really has a case.
To that she replied, “Oh, I think he’s done that”.

And you need to read Arthur’s response to Harris and Stern. That is a pure delight in that Harris is really made to look bad, or maybe just stupid. lol.

TY. The truth is finally coming out. Very refreshing. The document that I added also is to compel Rose, Art and Lyndal to comply. It was ruled that Bonnie has to and an expert will examine her computer. The judge said if the others do not comply, same with them.

He was sweet, blond, blue eyed, Baptist, victim of evil Anna and Howard. Virgie’s case will be dismissed or transferred to Federal court.Sorry, to disappoint you, McCabe is desperate and has no case.Virgie Arthur will lose a lawsuit and she will never see Dannielynn, plus she will have to pay attorney fees for HKS-BS-TMZ-BLOGGERS.

lolol…The judge seems to think McCabe has a case! That’s very promising.
A spot of humor. In the last Fox interview with McCabe he said, “We’re talking MILLIONS of dollars”. The minute I saw that I had a flashback to the movie TWINS with Danny Devito and Arnold S., When Devito finds out his “family” is rich, his eyes get big and round, and he says “millions” almost the same way that McCabe said it.
I know, I know, but it’s Friday, and I’m allowed to be silly.

Viv next time you want to come here or anywhere and lie about me, you best get it right. All your mailings did no good at all in regard to me. Find a better hobby.
Viv has been added to the docs with just cause! Read her posts on QV, TMZ, Arts and any site that would allow her. Her monikers were…….Gayela, Viv, Vivian, meggie, meg, clare, clint, shawn, and hundreds more. Comes in from Calif.. Read them all and weep. That is of course, if you truly are looking for defamation of the worst kind. She shared all her passwords with QV, so she could go into sites and read. She declared she was sending off all kinds of bad things to shows, sites and all sorts of dirty stuff. She is very dirty and plays dirty. QV says frog, she jumps. QV would put her down behind her back, like she did many. She hangs close to her out of fear of being sued.

Maybe it is time for the media and papers to know what is going on, allowing personal info to be handed over WITHOUT proof and evidence of any wrong doing. Might be interesting to get many opinions on this new action going on from many experts. To my understanding it was to be handed over to the Judge and she would make the final decision as to what was given to lawyers, as in personal info.. It is well known the bloggers who support VA has stalked some of these bloggers and posted all their info here to cause dangerous harm and ruin their lives and businesses they may own, along with forged and fake docs. Not all of them, the core group with some very stupid followers. Very few never lost focus for their support. The wording in those docs can be read two different ways. You all seem to think all personal info is to be handed over WITHOUT proof or evidence of defamation and/or a conspiracy. To get proof after you file a lawsuit is backwards to me. Is there one week of “fame” all over? Time will tell. Guess they figured out what QV and Havana had was not all correct in some ways. So now they scramble to look for more to keep the case going. Only my opinion of course, as we have not read everything out there yet. Did they find out those two did not have all the facts correct? Many new questions. The other side is just beginning to come out swinging. The Judge has not yet ruled jurisdiction yet, so why are they allowed personal info on bloggers from a site who was NOT involved in the first place? Very odd. Only mail which includes defamation or a conspiracy to defame should be allowed at all, even if allowed, not every personal item on the bloggers listed. The judge also has to give more time to the defendants to get another lawyer. That will delay everything. More time is valuable time. Just because Havana and QV messed up, does not constitute the giving of personal bloggers info to dig and try to find more evidence. I agree with finding what really went on. But first find the goods and then give out personal info. Not backwards again.
Also, with the new info on that poor clerks office getting so many phone calls and emails from idiots who can’t wait and are drooling and foaming to get every little crumb. Chomping at the bits to out more bloggers and cause more harm.
Not just me, but all of them. Something is just not right going on. Very odd course of action. I wonder if QV and Havana have turned over every email and chat related yet or hard drives imaged?
