Gotta love Lin Wood…lol Obviously he will say anything to make his client look good, whomever he or she may be.

But let’s follow Wood’s “MO”. First, he threaten anyone and everyone that, should they “defame” his client, they will be dealing with him in Court. *snickers* like THAT would ever happen. So let’s review his statement in that context.

If a “pitiful” blogger opined that his Client was less that stellar, he would sue said blogger? Even if, in his opinion, said blogger was “disturbed”? If said blogger was “disturbed” then it stands to reason that said blogger is not rational and thereby not responsible for the content of their “disturbed” blog, now are they?

On the other hand *snickers again* we have new “disturbed” bloggers who are obsessed with finding the dirt on anyone who is against he client, and on THIS, he accepts the help of “disturbed” bloggers.

Come on. Admit it. You find the irony rather amusing, don’t you?

Are you saying that Rose lied when she said they were to be sealed for privacy by the judge, and that her lawyer did not do the proper job to have them sealed?

Lucky, they are not sealed. That is the point and why I said that Rose is not telling the truth. Those particular documents were not filed under seal nor were they protected. They are “public documents”. You can call and request copies.

Oh my, I am not a member and don’t know the info they are asking for to get those. I don’t seem to have that info they need. Any chance you would email them? If not, maybe someone else can. I want to see where Harris County posted my full email address and where they got it from. Is so, thanks, if not, no worries.
