In Harris County, Texas, an order granting withdrawal of Attorney William Ogden for defendants Nelda Turner, Lyndal Harrington, Bonnie Stern and Art Harris has been approved by Judge Tony Lindsay.
Arthur’s attorney Neil McCabe has filed a motion to compel responses to requests for production from defendant Howard K. Stern in the same case. That motion will be heard on February 6th.
In the Federal case of Arthur vs Stern and CBS, McCabe has consented to allow Howard K. Stern more time to set a date for Stern’s deposition but it has to be completed before February 24, 2009. Arthur has until March 9th, 2009 to complete discovery on Stern. The motion filed today is waiting for Judge Rosenthal’s signature.

I have a question for someone who is more computer literate than me. Wood states that since Howie used business Yahoo that nothing would be saved on his hard drive unless Howie saved it himself. What is the difference between business and regular Yahoo? And while it might not leave a visible link, it should show up pulling from C promt (I think)…It seems like when my computer crashed, my wizard hubby was able to go in and pull everything back from there including email, IM’s and chat…and I’m AOL. Word of caution…don’t let wizard hubby’s do that if you have stuff on your computer from before you were married! LOL

But something tells me HKS gotta bad rap and maybe hired a ‘Shrink’ to try to help a AKA beauty ‘Queen’ of denial…and that at most, all he did was love her and not want her to suffer.
So kill the messenger, and remember don’t hurt anybody ‘else.’
You know when people after 40 die, at least they had a life and some happiness, and when a kid dies in their 20′s well that really makes you hurt, and what makes you hurt the most is the smaller you go. Like that little ‘bag of bones,’ and abortions, and such.

As it is, the overreaching by some federal courts and judges has already set up a “Bleak House” for little Dannielynn. Her lawyers and Anna Nicole’s creditors will be ahead of her in line to get what is left of Anna Nicole’s estate. After that, she may have nothing. When she is older, she may wonder why money that could have been put in trust for her education was instead spent on lawyers’ fees chasing a lottery ticket. As in Bleak House, justice delayed has become a massive injustice, to the shame of our own justice system.
