One of the defendants in Virgie Arthur’s state action for defamation has announced that she will cooperate with Arthur’s attorney Neil McCabe and turn over emails and other materials. This is a case where not only public figures are being sued along with a huge internet celebrity gossip site, but bloggers as well.
Blog owner Rose Turner of rosespeaks.com announced she is cooperating with Neil McCabe and the materials will encompass communications that she had with the other defendants Howard K. Stern, Bonnie Stern, Art Harris, Larry Birkhead, Teresa Stephens, Lyndal Harrington, Harvey Levin and TMZ.com from October of 2006 until the present which I am going to assume is the date of the transcripts provided below. She also has said that she will cooperate with McCabes request for communications she has had with a list of 40 other bloggers that Arthurs attorneys have put together during discovery.
Turner revealed in her announcement that material she surrendered to Virgie Arthur’s attorney Neil McCabe was evidence that caused Anna Nicole’s “baby daddy” Larry Birkhead to be added to this defamation suit.
Turner; “In fact, in the court hearing transcript when you get to the document called RT0010 that added Larry Birkhead, that is a document I had already handed over in discovery”.
Since this hearing, attorney William Ogden filed a motion to withdraw from the case leaving the defendants who he represented without counsel. Those were Bonnie Stern, Rose Turner, Lyndal Harrington and Art Harris. Howard K. Stern is represented by L. Lin Wood.

Qv this shows to me that they were working together to destroy Virgies reputation. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
Larry Birkhead made a contract with TMZ back in 2006.He always had good contacts with tabloids.He bashed Anna and Howard in tabloids and later on Virgie Arthur and Opri.
The latest develpoment in the case Arthur vs. HKS, LB, bloggers indicates that the clash between HS and Birkhead is imminent. Stern is vindictive, he will never forget Birkhead’s testimony in Florida and affidavit to Bahamian police in Jan. 2007. Rose Turner probably got instruction from Stern “to take care of” Birkhead.
QV, don’t you just love it when your prior comments are validated? And I just love reading the docs….some funny chit in there.
In particular, Teresa’s hard drive being stolen from a lock box at the bank made into the records. That was a good giggle. The judge telling Woodie he loved to interrupt and that he did it on purpose was a riot. And in part 2, Carl sitting in for McCabe because he was “utilizing the restroom” left me rolling on the floor.
So now we know Rose gave up 40 names…wow. And they are spitting over in the RosieCamp.
Did you find it curious that Wood actually was being polite at that hearing? Quite a difference from his attitude in depositions.

Carole, I believe they were talking about the 39 or 40 names on the motions to compel. Just like the one we saw for Bonnie Stern.

Well these docs are really good to read. Who would ever think three years ago that all this could have taken place. So many people have had their feeling hurt. What a mess all this is because of Money. All money. Life is so short and greed destroys it all.

I followed Anna Nicole’s tragic case from day one.I had never seen so many greedy, wicked scumbags in my lifetime.I really cannot say who is the major villain in Anna Nicole’s saga. I realised how blessed and lucky i’m to have devoted, loving parents and family.They gave me love and taught me to be decent a person.Every time i read something about Anna Nicole and her “family” and “friends” i feel nauseous.I wish they could all go away. Birkhead admitted he is a “good salesman”.I guess he is right.Anna Nicole didn’t want a good, decent man to be the father of her child. She chose a scoundrel .Poor Dannielynn, she has $2 mil. in her trust fund, but nobody loves her.They all want to exploit her.
She has 2 million in her trust fund…..I think she has zilch in her trust fund. The monies that should be there have yet to be accounted for.
Anonymous? Last we heard, she had $200,000 in her trust fund and a lot of it went to Milstein. I do not know the final figure but I know he was asking for almost that much.

Anony, I would like to see a link regardubg the $1.7 million. The only trust fund that has been confirmed is the one that Milstein billed for his services (I think he settled for about half of what he charged) so that leaves roughly $100,000 in that trust.

The 1.7 million dollar deal was NOT for People magazine but for OK magazine. They cancelled it.

I had time and wanted to find some facts.
Thank you very much for the links, but with the exception of the mention of the trust related to Anna’s burial, which we can estimate contains no more than $125,000 now thanks to Milstein, none of the other articles mentions money going into a trust for Dannielynn….however it does talk about how much money Howie and Larry have made off of Dannielynn.
Dannielynn is on the top 10 list of celabrity baby photos sold to tabloids.Angelina and her twins are no.1
TMZ has some new Howie/Larry item. Something about a document they’ve filed more or less saying the things we’ve heard them say in 2006/2007 are more or less figments of our imagination. Do they think we ALL fell off the turnip truck? And QV do you know if those documents are linked to the Texas cases or to Sterns reply to Cosby’s motion for summary judgment?
