One would wonder if an expert could check FAX Machine concerning date on will in question? Too fictional for me to absorb.
And just what would that prove?
Anna was sick. Might be a good time to check a will.
It would prove someone wasn’t telling the truth about the Feb. 3 date on the will shown in courtroom caused by a faulty fax machine. I have seen both wills, obviously there is most usually more than one will, an original and a rough draft and copies. Just a thought.
Actually, there IS a way to check. You can check by telephone records, just like you can check phone calls. It would show the number called, when and the length of the transmission.

I appreciate your response, however, I read where Ron Rale had some lame excuse that the number that was listed was disconnected and something about the giving the fax machine to his brother. So, I would say he is trying to cover his tracks.
Im sure if he had nothing to hide he could ask his brother for it back.
The home phone number that the will was faxed from had/has been disconnected? Fascinating, however, there should still be a history of numbers called from that number and the date they were called. IMO

the best I can explain is to ask you to go to Doc. #92, Krista Barth, #8 through #14, and Declaration #90, page 32 to page 34, Ron Rale. I have read it many times and I still say it should be investigated by Rita Cosby council and others. To me the date on this Will speaks volumes among other things that went on. Krista Barth requested documentation on her service provider, not Ron Rale’s or Howard Sterns’ Fax machines. Also, how did Ron Rale co-counsel W/K.Barth in Florida when he is only licensed in California. Also, as far as anyone knew, Rale and Stern didn’t even know Barth before February 10 or later.

I guess we lost sight of the fact that a so-called WILL was faxed 6 days before Anna’s death and they are as usual trying to cover up the fact, along with all the other falsehoods that caused the premature deaths of 2 people and caused them to be buried in the Bahamas instead of their homeland.
Krista Barth said in her declaration she didn’t know Howard nor R. Rale before Anna died.
