In Los Angeles, Howard K. Stern vs Mark Speer, the judge heard the arguments for and against dismissal of the defamation case and said to expect a ruling by next Wednesday.

I am told that in Houston Texas today, Judge Tony Lindsay of the 280th Harris County District Court rescheduled special appearances previously scheduled as requested by attorneys for Virgie Arthur and Art Harris.
Howard K. Stern attorney Lin Wood urged her to hear them, but the judge decided to reschedule and to include Larry Birkhead’s special appearance on the same date. She decided that she would allow Birkhead to be added as a defendant, subject to his special appearance.
Defendant Lyndal Harrington appeared in the audience at the hearing after it was well underway and was pointed out and introduced to the judge by Arthur’s attorney Neil McCabe. Judge Lindsay said, “Oh you’re Lyndal”, and read McCabe’s motion for contempt against Harrington while Lyndal sat there. The Judge then ordered Harrington to show up on Thursday for a decision about whether she will be put in jail for not turning over her computer to the special master.

Isn’t it great that all this is coming to a head. I hope if Lyndal and Art don’t give their pcs that they go to jail. Maybe we can see their mug shots too.

I mean Wecht’s ignorance. Him and Perper belong in the same pile.
Things are really looking like they are going well. It is hard not to gloat a bit because we have all been through so much with this saga. I do not think I would have ever stuck with this thing as long as I did, had it not been for the vicious slander of Virgie Arthur, Baby Danielynn, and the awful way we bloggers had been treated. The more they antagonized me the more I stuck it out. They more they threatened me the more determined I became. They just never shut up! They just kept going and going and going. Sometimes into the wee hours of the night. It started out being civilized and then it became down right violent. Threats and more threats. I never could figure out why they could not figure out that if they had just shut up we would have, too. And then the lying deceit was constant and you had to stay just to keep the truth straight. Every truth was twisted and manipulated as if they wrote it long enough people would begin to believe their lies. It has been the craziest thing I have ever seen in my life. I just pray for TRUTH and JUSTICE. I am more than ready for the courts and judges and juries and the proper authorities to take this thing and make it right. There never will be real JUSTICE because 2 people have died and are buried in a country far away where the people that loved them, truly loved them can never go and bring flowers and just grieve. But whatever JUSTICE that can be found I am more than ready for.
Thanks QV for sticking it out. I know it has been a challenge. You are a hero in my eyes and always will be.

This saga would fill three large Volumes, up until now and and will fill at least three more before it’s played out.
We must thank QV for giving us ringside seats as it has unfolded and for seeing her way clear to show honour in the face of hardships and actual dangers.
We have been besieged by creatures who condone the worst sort of crimes, against children as well as adults and all the while try in vain to shift the blame to the Victims of their devilment.
They are failing, thanks to ALL their Victims, mainly those still alive, but in part by ANS own declaration against HKS and DWS courage in approaching a PI because he wanted to save his mother.
Take heart, the victory is close.
