According to Page2Live.com, Florida State Attorney General Mike Satz has hinted the investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith may be reopened.
This news comes out of Florida, where Anna Nicole Smith died of a drug overdose that was declared to be “accidental”, after the arrests of Howard K. Stern, Dr Khristine Eroshevich and Dr Sandeep Kapoor on felony drug charges in connection with the death of Anna Nicole Smith.
Although no decision has been made, a spokes person from the attorney generals office issued this statement;
“Our prosecutors have met with representatives of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and the California Department of Justice and discussed the evidence they have turned up in their investigation. We are now examining that evidence to see where it might lead in relation to Ms. Smith’s death here in Broward County in 2007,” he said in a prepared statement.

We can only hope that there IS a PROPER ETHICAL LAW ABIDING investigation in the works
This entire tragedy has smelled fishy from the get-go.
Between the HKS devotion and scams, to the blogging until death do they part, past prime ‘journalists’ trying to hang on the hems of an accused enabler, to doctors & lawyers going out of their way to ‘score’ reckless insane amounts of medications, to an idiot wanna be goldenboy trying to reach a false sense of stardom through his daughters tragedy.
The list could go on detailing the wrongs and odd coincidences involving these ppl …..
A proper ethical investigation NEEDS to be conducted
Answers need to be given to the hard questions, lies should no longer be accepted or sordid excuses as to why two lives have senselessly been lost

Sadly it is a waiting game to see how this all plays out. It is concerning the lack of respect out there and the ignorant lacking of appreciation to the human life.
Thankfully, there are ppl out in the world that have the ability to do ‘something’ about this grave injustice we are all viewing.

yes, it is heartbreaking when a mother warns her daughter of the dangers and had her hands completely tied to do anything except be a spectator to the tragedy that took their lives by sick vicous greedy people.
I can not imagen the heartache that consumes Mrs Arthur. Not only losing her grandson but shortly there after her daughter. Dannielynn has no concept of the tragedy swirling around her**thankfully**, the only saving grace she has is that Mrs Arthur, her Grandmother has pointed the lights on to those vile misfits.
I hope that sooner rather than later, Dannielynn is PROTECTED from the evil wrath that surrounds those misfits.
It is still mind boggling as to how or even why HKS hated Anna so much to put her in such harms way …..

I truly believe HKS felt he was loosing control of everything when Daniel became an adult and began questioning what was happening and then ANS became pregnant w Dannielynne. Howard was not going to let go of that inheritance and he was stupid enough to think he could pull off the death of Daniel. I do not think that was an accident. Say what you may, the people who really know him know he is a dangerous person.
I hope they do reopen it. Howard has to pay for what he did to Anna.
I hope they do reopen Anna’s death.
I hope they reopen Daniel’s as well.
I would love to see those responsible be held accountable.
And those who assisted in any cover up be charged for their actions.
Is it possible in this world today to protect someone’s ‘true identity?’
Including things like medical reports, or documents, and such?
If anyone can I’m pretty sure AKA Hollywood can.

Wow – lost my password and have had a very difficult time getting back in to this wonderful site! However, I have been reading each and every post and will be eternally grateful to QV for providing such a detailed and accurate accounting of these events.
For those who have been following this case from the beginning you are all aware of my steadfast belief that this day would finally arrive. Mrs. Arthur has always been on the side of the angels with two very powerful allies by her side. With truth as her guide, Mrs. Arthur has had the determination and the resolve to stay the course with the deep understanding that all in good time Howard Stern….all in good time.
May God continue to hold her gently in his arms and may she always feel our love and support as she continues to seek and demand justice for her family.

All I can say, is,,, it’s about time! Anna, and Daniel were murdered! Baby Danilynn, needs to go to Grandma Virgie, and ALL of what’s left of Danilynn’s money should be held in trust! Thank God, the hour is approaching, when justice will FINALLY be served!
