Access Hollywood is reporting that Howard K. Stern’s arraignment date has been moved from May 13th to April 7th. They say the date was moved to coincide with that of Dr. Khristine Eroshevich.
Eroshevich, Stern and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor are all charged with several felony drug charges in connection with the death of Anna Nicole Smith. Read the full article.

Howie is one scary looking dude. Ugly too. I just had to say that. Every time I see his mug shot, I am so grateful I never have to see that creep in person.
I’m glad the arraignment has been moved up. Let’s get the show on the road and Howie in prison.

What two pathetic sick people. Anna was not even a patient of Erosevich, just a friend. There is a Dr. and his wife up on murder charges in the state of Kansas, 6 charges I believe and they are saying they have lost 59 patients altogether from drug over-doses and they are trying to claim the same thing these two freaks are claiming. A so-called attorney and a so-called psychiatrist. What is this world coming too? Dr. E. and HKS need to snort some more white powder.
The arraignment being moved up means that the defense attorneys can hit the ground running before the DA has the time to firm up the bogus case the JB dumped in his lap. This is a BRILLIANT move by the defense attorneys. Now they get to see all the witness statements which will begin to open up all the sealed civil depositions in the cases. This should be fun to watch all the lies come out.
Brilliant Move? Can you explain what moving an arraignment date up has to do with the issue of getting witness statements? The defense gets them anyway, right?
You mean brilliant move for the Prosecution. They want them arraigned together in front of a Judge, no big surprise here. They are charged with “Conspiracy” after all.
I am hoping the Prosecution has some new charges to add to both of them and bail will be increased.
There is a very good reason for them being arraigned at the same time and it ain’t good, I promise you that !
Of course Howard ‘looks like’…

Lucky even made a statement on his behalf that NAZ will be leaking info about Dr E’s Defense to HKS and that the Coke Snorting” pix of Dr E was released by Stern’s Group to make Dr E “tow the line.”

I think Lucky is taking issue with that someone said she made that comment. I thought it was just someone’s opinion. People were questioning if Naz was against Howard and working for the Dr. Has anyone even seen where the rumor came from that he was working for the dr or her attorney?
Yea, Rose posted a kind of resignation announcement written by Naz himself, that he no longer was working for HKS just Dr. E.
The Rosidians are spinning it as he is a spy for HKS, keeping tabs on Dr E.
The whole site is messing up. My web host told me the site is taking a long time to load, so they see it too but they say its the pictures and the video slowing things down. Its acting up for me too.
