There was an early morning hearing today in what is called “the blogger case” in this continuing story of all things Anna Nicole Smith.
The case is the complaint filed in the 280th Harris County District Court in Houston Texas, by Virgie Arthur, mother of Anna Nicole Smith against defendants, Howard K. Stern, Journalist Art Harris, Bonnie Stern, TMZ.com, Harvey Levin, Larry Birkhead and bloggers Lyndal Harrington, Teresa Stephens and Nelda Rose Turner.
In a nutshell, the attorney for Howard K. Stern, Lin Wood was present and immediately filed a motion to recuse the judge on the case, Judge Tony Lindsay. Judge Lindsay read the motion and announced that she will deny it.
An administrative judge will now be required to hear Wood’s motion.
The administrative judge who may hear the case or appoint another judge to hear this motion is The Honorable Judge Olen Underwood.
There is now a stay on the whole case until the motion is heard.

Because a Judge sees through the nonsense Wood is going to throw a tantrum? WTF? I hope he gets sanctioned or whatever for WASTING the courts time !!!!!!! This case should be well under way !! After Ro’ho pulled her faux wakeup to common sense to the idiots claiming they shouldnt have to abide by the motion of request ….. Wood is becoming MORE & MORE of a joke each day !!! What has always worried me about this whole fiasco is that they will keep on and on postponing things until Virgie will no longer be around to see justice done for Anna and Daniel. I know that Wood is probably doing what anyone representing someone like Stern would do, but it still bothers me.

I just read the latest response from McCabe and I’m just ROFLMAO! Priceless! Can I also throw in an “I told you so” to all the Rose naysayers who actually thought Rose had McCabe by the (insert whatever comes to mind.)…lol
As I was reading all of the emails and exchanges between McCabe and Rose, I knew this was coming. No GOOD Plaintiff lawyer, such as McCabe, would ever trust the likes of Rose with privileged information. It’s simple logic. And McCabe is certainly a GOOD lawyer.
