Lin Wood has filed notice to serve a subpoena on behalf of his client Howard K. Stern on a forensics expert for Virgie Arthur. He filed the notice in the South Carolina case of Stern vs Shelley.
Attorney Neil McCabe, in Houston District Federal Court for his client Virgie Arthur filed to quash the subpoena which requests documents McCabe says is protected under work product protection.

There was one filed under seal that we don’t get to see too.
Lin Wood did that in order to prove that there was no conspiracy to defame Virgie Arthur or any other illegal activity.
What in the world can happen next? I think I’ve seen it all and then whap it happens again.
