It appears Ms Barth was quite unnerved by the facts served up by CNN Corespondent and In Session Tru-TV commentator Lisa Bloom.

BARTH: I think it’s reminiscent of what happened at Duke. I don’t think that this was something that should have been stated in a public forum. I think it’s contrary to the rules of professional conduct regarding trial publicity. And you have to wonder why such a statement was made.

Once upon a time I skipped school with 5 other girls.

I felt guilty and turned myself in.

Of course, I never gave any names.

So, I was the only one that served detention.

Guess the rest were better at forgery than me.

I was such a dump kid.

Those ‘Dukey’ boys were guilty as sin. But, I guess they couldn’t hurt ‘something’ (or rather someone) that was already so soiled.

I still have a little faith left, but not much in humanity, or ‘The Law.’

Seems when it all gets boiled down it’s really just nasty, stinky, stuff.

Reminds me of ‘gravy.’

A little, goes a long, long way.

Dear QV,
Nice to know you have a kitten, they’re so gosh, darn cute, and precious…too bad they grow up!

So, enjoy them while they’re young.

Old cats, just aren’t so forgivable, or something…so the story goes…seems, most of them get destroyed.

Now, dogs (on the hand) seems more of them get ‘saved,’ ’cause dumb monkeys think they’re smarter…so that gives them some special right to a new home, or longevity.

Of course, we all know that cats are more independent, but generally more destructive…

OMG, wasn’t that priceless, obviously Barth doesn’t have a clue about Criminal Proceedings
and apparently does not watch TV/ News very often.

High profile Criminal Indictments/Arrest are normally publicized with Press Conferences whether it be Celebrities, Sports Figures, Politicians, or Child victim crimes of public interest, etc.

Barth you need to get your “Mug” out of the Media you are no match for the “Big Dogs”

Get a criminal Attorney, Barth is only making it worse for you with comparasions to “the Duke Case” lmao.

Thank you everytime I put on LKL I would just miss this.
I noticed around the 3 min point Howard in an interview on LKL saying DoctorS not Doctor like he did on the stand in Florida.
I love the point that they brought up about larrys testimony in Florida about the drugs. Cant wait to see if he is called to testify in this and if he will lie and commit prejury saying he never saw it, never said it blah blah blah.
It is now the time for larry to take his daughter to Kentucky and raise her in a normal life. Get a job at a local paper and be a normal dad. If there is no money for a Porche when she is sixteen So What! Let her live a normal life and out of the spot light. Give her a chance Do the right thing. If she isnt given everything she will not grow up with a sense of entitlement.

Hi Freida. I always call them kitties but actually we have cats of all ages who were originally strays. They have their own hang out with toys and things to climb on. I agree dogs are more popular with the pubic as a whole. I love the kitties but we do have an elderly little “Yorkie” too.
Anyway, its free to click and help the homeless ones right? I love them all.

I love all of your comments…on everything. You’re all just hilarious.

First, you all act like you know something about law. THAT is funny. Did you go to law school? Did you go to College? Did some of you graduate high school? I’m guessing probably not.

KB was inherently disadvantaged in that interview…did you not notice she wasn’t in the studio? Plus things would have been different if Larry was hosting. Of course she wasn’t smiling. She was pissed! Who smiles when talking about serious things? Bloom just had that damn TV face on – she has more experience.

Second, your life must be pretty pathetic if this is what it’s all about for you. Sitting at home watching soap operas and the ANS drama on TV…and then dedicating this much effort to blogging (AND CARING?!) about it.

I’m guessing you’re somewhere in Middle America…living a small meaningless life…and you’re so upset with your own shortcomings and place in the world that you gotta hate on people who are clearly your betters.

Lets see some of your credentials…a resume or two. Lets see some pictures (I REALLY wanna see what you ladies look like…I’m guessing the fact that Barth is hot and under 200 pounds really gets to you…). Lets see some life accomplishments of yours before you judge other people.

I mean, this is merely opinion and perhaps not true. I just came upon this site through google when I was googling that hot attorney and thought maybe you need a guys perspective on all this…women are so catty and it clouds your judgement.

That is why I find Hegemon’s comments rather curious. It doesn’t appear as if Hegemon objects to the content of your editorial, but is offended that your write-up even exists–as if s/he were advocating censorship.

Well, I just took a closer lookie at Hegemon who is actually a female Sternie who has been on the site plenty of times before. I don’t mind a Sternie posting here but I will not tolerate attacking and game playing.

In other words, Hegemon implied that he was a male looking for a hot woman (Barf pics). Not a man. She is a woman.

She said she googled the site looking for pics of Bath trying to imply first visit. Not true. She has been here before.

Emmett, very observant of you. Its coming out that Nelda had her co-horts write letters to social content sites in which I may have a membership and claim I am violating their TOS which is a complete fabrication. I have seen complaints from Nelda mostly that seem to imply as you said that I have no right to have a blog and engage in typical blogging activities. I have never seen such jealously and envy in my whole life. Good think I don’t broadcast about some of the “entities” who have contacted me in conjunction with this blog, Nelda would simply melt like the wicked witch of the west did when Dorthy threw water on her in the Wizard of OZ.

Did you see the thing that Vice put on Topix about Nelda throwing a horrible fit when she found out that I had some legal docs that Nelda did not want me to have? As if that woman would have any say so in my life or blog at all. Just proves what she was trying to do to me from the very beginning. Its pretty sick stuff.

If Nelda is, in fact, casting your site in a bad light in other Internet venues, your first option should be to write to her and ask or demand that she stop. If that doesn’t work, I’d advise reporting her activities to the organizations and sponsors listed on her site.

Continue to maintain the level of respect your site has earned by refusing to engage in a tit-for-tat public argument. Generally, people immediately recognize a malcontent site owner’s scurrilous intentions and motives. Invariably, the troublemaker’s own actions are responsible for his or her crash and burn.

Well ‘Emmett’ in the case of Turner’s virulent blogs, many have failed to recognize her deceit and inflammatory practices and in fact defend her hostility and dishonesty in totality. Q.V. has maintained her integrity from Day 1.

As for ‘Hegemon’, the minute she combined ‘trailer’, ‘body weight’ and ‘NASCAR’ it was obvious who she was and how ignorant her intrusions.
I remember Heymon on Topix and how much she disliked the Stern camp. This Hegemon is definitely from the other side and has devoted her whole being and to HKS.

May I suggest some pictures to look at of a woman who is absolutely stunning? How about Anna Nicole Smith? Too bad people shoveled drugs down her throat and stuck her in the ass with dirty needles. You can’t see her on TV anymore like Barf is for Howie. But there are a lot more pho-toes out there of her and she is so much more pleasing to the eye.
