Neil McCabe who represents Virgie Arthur, the mother of Anna Nicole Smith is scheduled to appear on the Geraldo Show tonight.
Update! Don Clark will appear on the Geraldo show tonight with McCabe as well.
Keep an eye on US Weekly who also interviewed McCabe about Stern’s arrest.
Also check out E! Online who contacted McCabe to inquire about Mrs. Arthur. However I found their comment to be very snarky. They contacted McCabe but said that Mrs. Arthur wasted no time commenting? WTF?
Another blast from the past, Smith’s estranged mother Virgie Arthur, also wasted no time in commenting on the legal action.
“She was glad to learn of the developments and she expected to sleep well last night,” Arthur’s attorney, Neil McCabe, told E! News. “As always, she wants justice for the death of her daughter and her grandson.”

Neil also spoke on an ABC syndicated radio station last night but I missed it. I’m going to try to get a copy of the interview though.
It seems like it would be a really interesting show to see…too bad Geraldo doesn’t air where I live.

Krista Barth was a hoot on LKL, and Wood is staying hidden. I’m still so thrilled for Virgie, and excited that Jerry Brown implied that there may be more charges coming.
Hi Carole. Its hard to keep up with so we don’t miss any of it. On another note, I don’t think Mr. McCabe will be talking to E! Entertainment Television anymore after what they printed. That takes a lot of gall.
Well I for one will watch the Geraldo show. I hate how slow the justice system is. I would like to see a trial for Stern and see him send to prison.
