There was a little bit of paper generated in Virgie Arthur’s defamation and conspiracy to defame case against Howard K. Stern, journalist and CNN corespondent Art Harris, TMZ and its managing editor Harvey Levin, Larry Birkhead, Sterns sister Bonnie and two bloggers Lyndal Harrington, Teresa Stephens and a blog owner Nelda Turner.
Art Harris withdrew his Special Appearance which means he concedes that Judge Lindsay has jurisdiction over him for this case.

Harris also filed his answer to Mrs. Arthur’s Second Amended Petition in which he denies all the charges against him.

Howard K. Stern has withdrawn the two subpoenas he filed to Arthur’s attorney Neil McCabe and he also withdrew the subpoena to AT&T for phone records.

I would imagine the withdrawal of the subpoenas were due to Stern’s failed motion to recuse the judge on the case.

All I can say at the moment is lololololololololololololol….lol. I’ll come back when I get off the floor.
I can’t wait to see them all get themselves in some problems with Virgie. They did her wrong and they need to pay.
Hehehee!
I hate to tell Wood, but it’s too little, too late, IMO. I can’t even imagine McCabe saying “oh, you’re sorry? Allright, then, let’s just forget about it!!!!”. The games Woodie seems to excel at in other states are not going to work in Texas, Thank God.
Darn it!!!
I’d like to rhyme with that.
Guest 4982 sure got that right!
