Virgie Arthur’s attorney Neil McCabe was present in Los Angeles today to argue that Bonnie Stern’s bankruptcy stay should be lifted. The judge ruled from the bench to lift the stay.
Now the defamation and conspiracy case of Virgie Arthur vs Howard K. Stern, Art Harris, Larry Birkhead, Lyndal Harrington, Nelda Turner, TMZ, Harvey Levin and Teresa Stephens in Harris County Texas can continue.

Reading alot of the comments around the different sites and magazine sites today. people really should be ashamed of themselves bashing Virgie. Most of all some of the comments I read about Anna and Daniel. Really sick making the victims in this tragedy the bad guys.

I agree she should follow up on this. To me no age matters as a family member is a family member and this was done I believe out of malice once again. All this does is establish a pattern of conduct with these people with this outing of personal information and sharing personal information via email or other electronic means. Makes one wonder what other information they passed around besides what was outed recently with emails and dumb-assed misspelled fake FBI letters?
