PI John Nazarian Walks Into The Light

Family. You can’t buy real flesh and blood family. The story of why we came to be always sounds sweeter from a grandmothers point of view.

Dannielynn Birkhead has two grandmothers. Virgie Arthur represents the closest Dannielynn will  ever come to her deceased mother, Anna Nicole Smith and brother, Daniel Smith. And up until this day, they still have never known each others warm embrace.

Today, John Nazarian, a former Private Investigator for Howard K. Stern  surprised the internet community with an article entitled;

It was Mother’s Day for Virgie Arthur, too.

Been there, done that, read the book and saw the movie.  I really know where he is coming from. And I totally agree with what he has to say.

Welcome to the light Mr. Nazarian…

I guess better late than never, huh? Why does it take some people so long to finally realize that life is TOO SHORT to punish the innocents for what happened in the past. Just like Naz said….nobody gives you a book of instructions on how to be a parent. But we are given a book on how we treat our family and fellow men….it’s called the Bible. And even if you don’t believe in God or the Bible, there’s such a thing as human decency and acceptance. All lawsuits aside, look at the time that is being wasted by Larry Birkhead. He holds the KEY to a Grandmother holding and loving her Granddaughter. It is SO SELFISH for him to withhold any amount of LOVE someone wants to bestow on this child…that is something Dannielynn NEEDS and DESERVES.

BREAKS MY HEART.

Great comment Flossie. DL does not realize what she is missing yet but if this goes on until she can, she will be one heartbroken and upset little girl. And she will demand to see her Grandma and the rest of her maternal family. Its a travesty.

I’m sorry, I do not believe Mr. Nazarian. Like he said, its all about money on the side he is on.

Sorry, I ain’t buying it. He was too deep into flinging feces with the rest. Maybe he should have been in the lawsuit too. I smell Brickhead all over this, notice the cute pic of DL. Who had to give permission for that?

And he wants VA to drop her suits and “FIGHT” for visitation.

Nope, ain’t buying it.

Good thing she has good counsel to make those kinds of decisions and not a PI. Have you ever Googled the name Virgie Arthur? The first two results are Nelda Squawks. The third is D-listed and I’m not going to say what that one says. Anyone who does not think she has a case is not operating on all their cylinders.

I’m with QV and what she said in the chat box. One more voice for Dannielynn’s Grandmother to have some sort of contact–we’ll take what we can get, whether he is genuine in his remarks or not.

I could NOT care less what his agenda is, my concern is for DL/VA. If his is a deceitful agenda or not, my opinion of his slimy existence has not changed. And if his remarks cause more problems for the HAGS, more power to him. :)

I would not hold my breath for visitation. Suing Larry does not help get her foot in the door. R3member, she had visitation, and did’nt keep the appoitments, only one.

I do not believe Virgie has to grovel for the right to see her granddaughter, she is not the one in the wrong here.

I would be interested to know when the picture of DL was taken. Obviously her eye has not been fixed as Larry B. said it had.

I wonder what Nasty Naz has up his sleeve?
Sorry but I am not buying what he is selling.
By his own admission he is “close” to the Stern family & Ron Rale, even visiting Mama & Papa Stern.
So why now all of a sudden have a change of heart?
Howie & Co. are the same scumbags they always were, nothings changed.
IMO Naz should have been added to the Texas case.
I am sure this snake in the grass has plans.
He hopes to get close to Virgie’s team so he can have a better shot at planting a knife firmly in their backs.
It has already been attempted by Nelda.
Wasn’t once enough?
His post sounded like a ploy to get Virgie to drop her cases to me.

Well let me ask you guys this, didn’t he state in the article that he recently lost his brother in law and had not spoke to him in years due to the rift between John and his sister? Maybe that helped to change his mind. JMO.

It’s always very sad to see family feuds and hatred. Virgie Arthur and Larry Birkhead should try to talk to each other and reconcile. Virgie must stop to insult Dannielynn’s father through her bloggers. Birkhead is child’s father and deserves respect. He had never insuluted Virgie on TV. Virgie should meet her granddaughter and give her love and tenderness. Unfortunately, lawsuit against Birkhead showed bad intention or bad manners. “Virgie sued Birkhead in order to ruin him financially,” sounds very malicious.
Dannyelynn has $1.7 mil. in her Trust Fund.
She’s a rich, little girl.I hope she will be smarter than her mother.

could be Naz is afraid texas will puthis name with Larry ,Howard and the rest that are named in a suit. So he sounds like he is back peddling.

As we’ve discussed before, Larry just happened to be the luck stiff who held the lottery ticket on the baby prize. It could probably have easily been one of dozens of guys over the years but Larry hit that jackpot! The smug little horses ass makes me want to slap him into next week. Who the HELL does he think he is? He should be camped on Virgie’s doorstep with that child. If he cared about anything but “fame and fortune” he would realize how much that little girl needs her grandmother and how important it is to have her in her life. I usd to like Larry but I think he is nothing more than pond scum for the way he has handled this whole mess.

I do not believe Naz. A leopard does not change his spots. I think he is saying nice things about Virgie (and yes, I’m glad to see them) because there is SOMETHING IN IT for him. I don’t trust him, especially after all the vile, cruel, and rude posts he’s made against Virgie.

I find it interesting that Stern’s people have been deployed to the only other defendants that are close enough to the inside that they could cause Stern problems should they decide to open up and maybe start talking. Naz is now working for Dr. E and Krista Barth is clubbing with Birkhead. Could this be some magnanimous gesture of Stern or is he trying to make sure they don’t start talking? I guess Stern was the only one with the big box for court today and I think he is more worried about this than Dr. E. and Dr. Kapoor. I just can’t see Naz all of a sudden turning into Mr. Niceguy he is more like a Mr. Wiseguy. But, maybe Dr. E. is ready to talk and Naz is not working for her in conjunction with some kind of agreement with Stern. It takes time to trust someone that has been very unkind and manipulative in the past. For me to believe that he is actually trying to make amends would entail maybe telling the TRUTH as in the WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.

But, I must tell Naz that I am so very sorry for thinking that it was he that was digging in Wilma’s trash cans when it was actually someone else. That has brought him up in stature a bit for me…at least I don’t picture him with rotting pieces of lettuce and strings of linguini dripping of his head. But, somehow, I have a feeling that he is really trying to keep Dr. E from talking. Kind of like having some mafia guy watching the pigeon. I guess I just don’t trust him.

Let me add one more thing. Danielynn is beautiful! She is not the blonde that Anna had hoped for (I don’t think Birkhead is a blonde anyway) but she is stunning. She has an adorable smile and she looks like she could be the kind of child that gets into everything and has a real zest for life. She may turn out being smarter than all of the players in this saga. I have taught school and Sunday School for many years an you can always tell the smart ones and the ones that are just happy-go-lucky. All of this fuss that has been going on around her does not seem to have affected her. Good going, Larry, you have a beautiful little girl. Someday, hopefully, you will mature a bit and things will settle down in your lives. I hope so!

What ever happened to “A Mother’s Last Wishes”…or somethin’ like that, I do seem to remember somethings, sometimes…

And I wonder about why, and I wonder about respect, or the lack of it.

Gosh, and when it gets right down to it…’The Law’ is often wrong.

20 SIGHS May 19, 2009 at 3:33 PM

What is all this about he has a whole lot more to say?
When the boys’ book comes out?
Does he mean the book by Pol and Patrick?
What does he mean?

Kapoor is going to shake things up, hugely. Wait and see.

I think Virgie Arthur would rather have a rattlesnake on her team than this poisonous faker.

21 freida1 May 19, 2009 at 5:35 PM

From what I’ve been led to believe…

Virgie was not a good mother, but maybe a good cop.

But what’s the difference, really?

And, did she really ignore her daughters call for help when Daniel died, or not?

It’s one thing to be tough and calloused and it’s another thing entirely to be completely heartless.

So, I’m guessing that ‘The Media’ has pumped this up, all out of proportion for the sake of wealth and a pre-fabricated story.

Probabaly ‘cooked up’ and stirred like a recipe called ‘stew.’

And to this end, just to make money.

You can lead a horse to water.

My best guess is that…

LOL

I left out the singular ‘possessive.’
