Things are really heating up in the interconnected lawsuits which have resulted since the death of Anna Nicole Smith.
In Virgie Arthur vs Howard K. Stern journalist Art Harris, TMZ and its managing editor Harvey Levin, Larry Birkhead, Sterns sister Bonnie and two bloggers Lyndal Harrington, Teresa Stephens and a blog owner Nelda Turner, attorney’s for Virgie Arthur filed a second motion for sanctions against defendant Howard K. Stern and his counsel Lin Wood and a motion for contempt against Lin Wood.

Bonnie Stern, a defendant in the above suit, in California filed a motion to Reconsider the Order Granting Relief from the Automatic Stay in the bankruptcy she filed after this case commenced. In the meantime Arthur filed a motion for contempt against her in Texas.

I hope Wood is not allowed to move the hearing for sanctions. He screwed up and now he needs to stand up and take his punishment like a man.
Geez Louise, if someone had tried to do to Woodie what Woodie attempted to do to McCabe, he would be turning backflips over his office building screaming for SANCTIONS “right now” IMO

But wow!! I did not get a chance to read yesterdays motion for contempt until just now. First time I have seen those emails. There is Barth wanting Virge’s info ASAP. So then TMZ breaks a story on it while Nelda and Duane frantically are trying to gather it up. Then I published the other part. And Art Harris was torqued off cause he wanted the story…LMAO!! I have waited so long for this. It is huge to get some understanding but it angers me how this site and the people were used so Nelda could act like she was really somebody. And that is what started the fight. Geesh!!
I’m going to work it into The other Emails from and to Nelda and give you an updated list.
My attention span is so short that I can’t make heads or tails of these papers. Can someone give me the Cliff Notes? WILL there be court proceedings tomorrow?

There is court for sure on Friday and the Woods emergency motion will have to be scheduled as well before Friday. If I read it right, he asked for a conference on the phone for that. I am definitely not a legal document person either. Sizzles (Carole) is going to add to her timeline that she made though. I was going to put a copy on the site and forgot about it. It showed the details of the case very nicely.
I have to be away for awhile on Friday. I hope I don’t miss anything.
These people really don’t know when to quit. if i were both of these people, i would be focusing on the “real” court battle- marshall v. marshall which is still being litigated in the 9th circuit. Although, since team ANS seems to be going down in flames there, i guess i can see why they are diverting their attention.
