Take a moment, and just apreciate the sheer number of cases associated with the Anna Nicole Smith Crew. This is NOT NORMAL. Who are these people? This article didn’t even have the space to discuss the one that started it all- Marshall v. Marshall. I truely hope that people will step back, look at this situation, and realize that this is not the way the American justice system should work. Does anyone have any ideas on how to cut down on this sort of abusive litiagtion? (other than raise the filing fee)

Hi Cassie. I sure agree with you there. It was an important day that she missed. If she believes all that she writes in the filings, she should have been there to argue her motions.

Here’s another one who wanted to try to jack around the attorneys and got told about it right in her own back yard.

The California judge ruled from the bench that the adversary proceeding on Bonnie Stern’s bankruptcy would be stayed until the Harris County case is resolved. They are just waiting for the judge to sign the proposed order now.

This doc shows the proposed order has been submitted to the judge for his signature.

Regarding this attorney Harrison Gregg… It appears that he is indeed on the roster now to challenge Theresa Stephens paupers affidavit.

Anna Nicole caused misery and pain to her friends. She left many lawsuits, debts and daughter.
I think in 10 years people will only remember Anna’s drug abuse, ugly paternity scandal and failed Marshall litigation.

Hello to anyone reading. If you are wondering why some things are missing from the site its because I am working on it. Users with Internet Explorer are reporting errors. I think its an IE thing but I am trying to solve the problem on this end too.
