Fox News is reporting as an “exclusive” that the last man to see Michael Jackson alive, Doctor Conrad Murray could be arrested as early as next Wednesday on manslaughter charges. Fox says a “law enforcement source” also told them that MJ’s dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein will be hit with charges related to medical malpractice but will not be arrested for at least two weeks.
When contacted, a spokeswoman for the district attorneys office denied arrest plans but Fox’s source said there are talks as to whether Murray will be offered to surrender where he lives in Houston or in Los Angeles.
Authorities plan one more search most likey at a Los Angeles pharmacy before they arrest Murray and said the arrest possibly could be postponed for two weeks instead of one.
Dr. Arnold Klein who has admitted treating Michael Jackson with Demerol during and after painful surgical procedures, is also facing arrest and being charged with malpractice. He denies giving Jackson propofol which is the drug Dr. Murray admitted giving Jackson just hours before his death.
Klein has inserted himself into Jackson estate matters by having his attorney attempt to attend hearings concerning the custody of Michael Jackson’s children. Klein says he has always had a special relationship with Paris Katherine and Prince Michael and wishes to continue his involvement in their lives.
Jackson will be laid to rest on Aug. 29, which would have been his 51st birthday, with a private service for family and close friends only. The family finally decided on Glendale California’s Forest Lawn Cemetery in the expansive cemetery’s Great Mausoleum, according to a statement from the family publicist. The pop singer’s remains will be placed in a crypt in the Holly Terrace section of the mausoleum, a huge building is the final resting place for entertainment icons, such as Jean Harlow, Carole Lombard and Clark Gable.

Thanks for putting up this article QV. I have felt from the time Michael died that things just didn’t add up with Dr. Klein. When he was on Larry King show he just didn’t seem to upset about his friend’s death. He knew Michael for how many years? I didn’t see any tears or sadness from him. I do believe Dr. Murray should face charges. Dr. Klein might have been one of the doctors who helped Michael’s addiction along instead of seeing him get help. Just makes me sick that so many doctors are so willing to help addicts if you have money. I know not all do but the ones who do need to pay.

Hi Larryis. I think we knew this was going to happen. I will be interested to see the time line. Like, what did Murray do the day before? Was he really out partying up a storm and maybe fell asleep while he was supposed to be watching MJ? How long did he delay before he called for help?
And Klein, yeah, he was not upset like I have seen other friends. And WTF is it his business about those children? They are with their grandmother just like MJ wanted them to be.
