This group of documents were submitted by Liz McNamara,
attorney for Rita Cosby.
The Preliminary Hearing for the felony drug related charges concerning
the death of Anna Nicole Smith for Howard K. Stern and Doctors
Kapoor and Eroshevich is scheduled to begin October 13th.

Hi Carole, Ron Rale said that Theresa Larrimore lives in the Bahamas and was a friend of Anna Nicole Smith’s.
I have no idea who Stella Lockhart is.
Well, I pitched ‘a fit’ and still ain’t getting my way.
I’m not blonde…but I do have “Highlights.”
Rita does look good, and I miss her voice.
Wonder if she’ll ever get a ’serious job’ back on some ‘major network?’
