1 Anonymous February 10, 2010 at 5:52 PM: Well..that was enlightening..NOT!. Dr. Kapoor surely knows he is not in his shoes today due to a photo. He now treats OLD people in the San Fernando Valley, but it’s been proven by a paper trail and pharmacy records that he indeed DID prescribe to one Anna Nicole Smith METHADONE and god knows what else. Harvey, get real you moron, you are a (cough) lawyer, surely you know the evidence is NOT a single picture , but many many paper trails that led directly to Kapoor and Eroshebitch. For you to get on this public video and try to make people believe it was a mere innocent picture that put Kapoor in his shoes just is disgusting. However it does make me a little happy to see you are so stupid. ROCK ON VIRGIE!!! Your lawsuit against Levin will be a breeze if this is how smart he is. And on a final note. I hope everyone who was involved in the deaths of Anna and Daniel and the total desecration of their Family ROTS IN HELLS FIRE!

Dr. Kapoor had his shirt off, his arms was around Anna Nicole Smith, and he was kissing and nuzzling Anna Nicole Smith’s neck.” They quote a consultant to the state medical board as saying the contact on the video “went beyond
any therapeutic touching and appeared sexual in nature.”

Garafalo said the doctor and patient encountered each other in a bar after a gay pride parade, but did not have an ongoing social relationship.

Looks like Kapoor had his pictures wrong regarding which one they used in the prelim and the search warrants.

Rose sought to show a video in court of Kapoor socializing with the ex-model at the gay pride parade and a party afterward. The video shows the doctor nuzzling and kissing Smith, Rose said.

IIRC the methadone was not in her blood but was in her bile or her tissue, that’s how they knew she hadn’t had it for several days.. Try again.

The whole bunch lies and lies. Nothing is ever said that is truth and it has been proven. I do not see how in the world they can live with themselves with all the guilt they must have or at least should have if they have a conscience.

A friend of mine said it might be that the DA wanted to charge them with murder? Not a scoop! Who didn’t know that? Duh! Lol!
10 Links February 10, 2010 at 9:23 PM: QV, IMO Kapoor has been a liar since Daniel died. He comes off and quiet and niave, but I doubt he is. He said that he didn’t write any scripts for Daniel when Anna said that he did. I think it was reported after the inquest that he did turn over some medical records for Daniel and someone said that Daniel had a pain med script in addition to the lexapro.

He denied anything to do with the fax and Dr. E too. He lied IMO about HKS today too and said that HKS never mentioned or asked for drugs for her. I think the ambien issue that is laid out in the complaint explains that and that there was the note in the files that HKS said they need to get her off Dilaudid after the award show.

Who knows? IMO he knew they had those pictures and video of the after party. Maybe he was being used.

Yes, had my old Lab put to sleep. Leaving the bones, and toys, and treats and the floor that needs sweeping, with all the leaves she brought in…alone. Still have her ‘pet bed’ right beside mine. Got her ‘collar,’ too….etched little pink-heart metal with her name and ph# engraved…and the rabies tag, too!
She had a lot of lumps and bumps, and weird irregular growths, and a great big heart, and still loved food.
Knowing ‘all that’ is the hardest part.
Can hardly see the screen right now in this little ‘type box’ for all the rain.

It’s so easy to love our furry friends and its hard to say goodbye. Hang in there Freida. It will get a little easier as each day passes. :heart:

The thing is when you start unraveling what he did it becomes so clear he is not what he tried to fool the public to be. Most of the public saw it so when I supported him it was a ‘root for the underdog’ and try to help someone in need. It was based on emotions not what is real. Then it became a need to protect what It thought were friends. But in the end it became what’s real and it is so ugly I had a hard time facing it.

Too much salt is really bad…reminds me of a line from some artistic man and words about a shaker.
Some docs are good, most are trying to payback their student loans, and once they do that…they probably feel like they deserve more for their hard work and all that time and hope and effort and believing that they really wanted a profession.
Meanwhile, back in the ‘hood’…or deep in the heart of Mexico or some Middle Eastern country…some just get born into ‘that trade.’
And seems everyone wants a piece of that pie…and might eventually end up with just paying a lot of taxes for nevermore ranch.

We will never know if she was lead to the “water” if she would have “drank” because when the trial begins I believe we will find out a much darker, disturbing death by drugs which was manipulated to appear as an overdose.

There’s a real brand-new brick house with steel bars a few blocks from me. There’s a real pretty ‘pink’ palace, too.
And a run-down all ‘prejudiced’ college that if they weren’t so much into ‘holding’ onto that heritage or grudge…might make this neighborhood less a place for the bankers and lawyers, and doctors…
Yet, then we all know what kind of neighborhoods young people make a college town into, right?
