Stern Eroshevich and Kapoor Go To Trial August 4th Regarding Drug Death Of Anna Nicole Smith

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Wesley has set August 4th, 2010 as the trial date for Anna Nicole Smith friends and doctors, Howard K. Stern, Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor.

The three were arrested and arraigned on a total of 23 felony drug charges. The charges include obtaining an opiate prescription by fraud, deceit or misrepresentation; prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict; and unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance.

The next hearing is this case is set for April 23rd, 2010.

- Guest 5687 : So true..she couldn't collect anything from TS with her only having disability, she couldn't place a lien on anything since she claimed she rented and only owned limited household goods. Don't know what EG's income is but if he was writing for people like he says he would darn sure put it up and be proud like his utubes. Maybe he has 'limited' income too LOL. It's still a shame that people have to pay 1000s for a suit and can't recoup fees. Something is wrong with that regarding the system.
- Guest_1483 : 'Einy's suit was a counter claim to TS's. Without TS's suit anymore what was the benefit to 'Einy' to continue the countersuit. It would have cost 'Einy' more money which she wouldn't have recovered considering TS and Targets don't appear to have a lot of money. JMO
