IMO Larry lost public support the day he started changing his story and definitely with his support of Stern. If he thinks the public forgot what he testified to under oath in FL. he is a very foolish man. If he thinks he can just say whatever and charm the public he is foolish. Didn’t Scott Peterson think that?
I don’t perceive isolating a child from her mother’s family as “pretty good”. Nor do I think it’s great to have to sell you mom’s assets to support her at such a young age, isn’t that the father’s responsibility? Those assets should be protected for DL estate and the father should support her now.
IMO, he needs to downsize his lifestyle and save the money for DL future. In other words stop living beyond your means! Stop living big off your child, it seems inappropriate. I thought he had his own money but if he has to sell DL assets to support her that just rubs me wrong. How much should it cost to support a 3 year old?

He’s another low life SOB, IMO. How can they auction off part of the “estate” without the ok from the court? And why do this unless he intends to set up a trust fund exclusively for DL? I mean, it was “reported” that Larry’s family has money, so even if he doesn’t work for a living, why is he continuing to sell DL’s image?
Stern is in charge it’s ‘apparent.’
Going, or rather having the nerve to go get your teeth ‘done’…in real life…more than the value of a smile.

What li’l ‘i’ would like to believe is that Stern did everything in his ‘Power of Attorney’ to be a good ‘umbrella man.’
And after seeing him once-upon-a-time give his Mom a kiss…wouldn’t doubt it if he also knows how to play ‘keyboards’ and fly a jet airplane.

Carole, thank you for sharing the document from the Speer/Hatten case. We all have heard Virgies story but that is the first time I have read the whole thing in print. Very very sad :-(
Tomorrow is another day. Birkhead and his “charity” claims are curious.. Also the timing of all this is very interesting with the criminal trial approaching.
Thank YOU for the documents you provide (argghhh…smilies aren’t working!!!) I’m wondering how they can contribute to a charity that is, by Florida records, defunct? I think Larry and Howie need to account for any funds with the Probate court in California. This living off a dead woman and a toddler is getting beyond ridiculous.

Freida, the problem is that when you try to apply punctuation in a title in Wordpress..(this blog’s software), it adds symbols to your headline in the search engines and looks tacky.
So instead of “Daughter’s” it would come out something like this…. “Daughter%*#2@0s”

You know what, I’ve been really paying attention to Art Harris and the way he operates. It’s hard to put in words but when I told my husband about what he said to Lyndal in an email it made him mad at Harris for the way he perceived his actions towards her. We can see what he is doing to the Cumming’s family because we know how he is.
I have always felt Rose should be released from this lawsuit and I really feel she was being honest in her depo., it matches with what she told me during those horrible months of being confused by people who wanted a story and others who wanted to spin a story in their favor.
Yeah, sure is funny ’bout punctuation and how that ‘applies’ itself to programming language.
