What is a lawyer to do? Especially one such as Howard K. Stern who has promised other lawyers that he is due a big windfall and everyone will be paid for their services. I would hate to see how much Stern owes Lin Wood alone…
Larry Birkhead may actually have to get a job or continue to rely on his daughter’s celebrity for income but I think the press is getting wise to him. At least Star Magazine is….

In the article, Birkhead laments about how Dannielynn has no mother and wonders why all the other kids have one and she doesn’t. Well birdbrain, she has a grandma who would love to see her and be with her and tell her stories about her mommy when she was a little girl and about her brother Daniel. So, no Marshall millions for dad to squander and none for his shoeless lawyer pimp either.
Of course the case can be appealed to the Supreme Court but I predict the Supreme Court will refuse to hear it. I hope the Marshall’s will soon find some peace from these leeches who want to just take and take and will manipulate the law to do so.
Example is like when Stern was admonished for stealing a document off the counsel table in Texas probate court during Marshall vs Marshall when Anna Nicole Smith was alive. Stern then did a bit of forum shopping deciding to file bankruptcy in California in order to circumvent the probate court in Texas. The probate court said that Anna Nicole received 7 million dollars in cash and gifts and that was all she was going to get. Look at all the hundreds of hours different attorneys in different areas of this mess have lost believing they would be reimbursed for their work. What a shame! Tisk tisk!

The clothing line which was to happen after the patent of “Princess Dannielynn” for her first birthday didn’t come to fruition, the reality show which Rose had to inform Larry on her blog is so far as we know not happening, and Larry and his stupid one liners like gowns and heaven are so transparent.
He obviously isn’t getting paid bucks anymore for mag spreads now that she is older.
True fans of the KY Derby didn’t give a chit about that gown being displayed. Her reality show made a mockery of it and cursing Howard and how she had to go to it.
Larry said he is dabbling in real estate and that is his “job”.
And what about Child Labor Laws…well I guess they aren’t really working, just earning ‘interest’…between commercials.
And I do like some commercials, they are very creative short films and ‘clips’…and some have good products to sell.
Then again, some are ‘demonstrative’…like for instance some of those ‘used car lot’ salesmen…and, though even those sometimes aren’t all bad.
There are a few that are up to no good at all…like for instance…
You know the one selling you a book, although the book might not even be real, bad to read so you can gain some perspective.
Except for the fact you’re just buying a book.

I have been away from the story and stopped in to see what was new.
I have a comment and then a question. First my comment. Its really sad that this little girl is growing up without her Mother and brother but for her to be without the love of her grandmother is disgraceful.
This little girl might not have had alot of money when her Mom died but if handled by the right people what she did have could have been invested and she might have had something when she became of age. What a shame her mothers legacy has been pissed through. So much money wasted and the only people who profit are the lawyers.
Now my question. What has become of the property in the bahamas? The Pink house and also Horizons. Was it ever determined to be Annas or G. Ben Thompsons?
The newest thing I see is that last night the more than 11,000 posts on the most current Topix thread went POOF! Someone does not like that case being discussed. I think this is where they are now.

7 look, I got to do this tonight because I’m not
8 going to waste another day of work on this
9 stuff. So I went back and put his things
10 outside of the house for him to come pick up.

Wondering, I don’t follow the Shelley/Thompson case. It is strange to me that Shelley had a $900,000.00 house taken from him and HKS acts like he and the estate are the damaged parties because of a few pair of sunglasses. Rumor has it Horizons is sitting there rotting.
I don’t need to read this to know we are all the same.
Still know that what counts…it’s money and it’s colour is green…just like envy.
