Attorney Janice Brenman – Anna Nicole Auction – Abuse of Discretion

Los Angeles attorney Janice Brenman wrote a very informative article outlining the legal ramifications of the recent auction of the late Anna Nicole Smith’s belongings. I have no legal training but any layman could see there was some funny stuff going on.

Brenman’s article points out what was done wrong and how both Larry Birkhead (guardian) and Howard K. Stern (executor of estate) violated their fiduciary duty to Smith’s daughter Dannielynn.

Might as well be a rummage sale, as far as I’m concerned.

Probably a good article to read, but more than likely over my head.

“PETA and the Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne Smith Foundation”

EQUALS “write-offs.”

Seems ‘they’ could do more with less…

Great ‘foundations,’ though…paves the way straight to Heaven, I guess.
