TMZ published today that one of the doctors, Sandeep Kapoor who supplied some of the drugs that killed Anna Nicole Smith thinks he is getting a raw deal because he is openly gay. Check out the pictures below and see how gay he looks. Also interesting is that when Kapoor’s home was raided by the California DOJ and Attorney General’s office, he had a duplicate set of records for Anna Nicole and her son Daniel, stored in a closet. Authorities in California during the same raid found where Kapoor wrote in a journal wondering if he was being too intimate with Anna Nicole. Yep, I think he was.

LOL. What about his ethical responsibility as a medical professional to his client? Hope he can justify his medical decision making as well on prescribing dangerous narcotic medications to all those aliases used. Also, IMO the little guy is held to strict standards when they are being prescribed on a chronic basis dangerous narcotic medications from medical professional who has a fellowship in pain management or physical medicine and rehab or even a regular doctor who will send them off to a specialist listed above if they need long-term pain management.
Will see how far this gay/race card thing is going to fly I guess, LOL! That’s the most lame excuse I’ve ever heard of.
Disgusting! Notice one person is missing, Stern, who probably is the one taking all those pictures. What people do in their personal lives is their business I may not agree with it but why are pictures taken of it, did Stern get off on doing this kind of stuff and maybe even Anna, the nannies saying Anna liked to look at a tape over and over again makes a lot of sense to me. I’m not sure it really was of Stern and Birkhead but I do believe it was a porn tape she was watching. And did you notice the dog is even in one of them, were these taken at her home at some drug party she was having because there is no way by the looks on those people’s faces and eyes that they weren’t ALL on drugs IMO.

Total disgrace to the medical profession IMO. Never have seen medical ethics to be so disregarded in this particular case. Unreal. I think they are getting nervous as the trial gets closer.

QV, looking at the pictures again, the one with Stern, Anna, Birkhead and Kapoor peeking in from the side…..Kapoor and Birkhead have matching fairy shirts.
I think the fairy shirts were the official Gay Pride parade t-shirt. If you look, the blue shirt Kapoor is wearing in the car photo where Anna’s laying backwards has the same fairy on it.
Question is: What straight man (Larry) would wear a gay pride shirt?
I might be wrong about the it being the “official” t-shirt. However the fairy is definately a logo that represents something. Kapoor has it on 2 shirts. I can’t read the sleeve of Kapoor’s blue shirt in the car photo. Can anyone else who might have better eyes than I do?

Yes, I sure agree about a straight guy wearing a fairy on his shirt. I’m also wondering who took the pictures. The one with Kapoor making out with ANS is said to be taken in her home. I would like to wager about who took some of the pictures. I think birdbrain took some but I bet Howie took some too.

Something about doctor’s oaths and ethics comes to mind. I don’t believe they are supposed to be intentionally spreading diseases either. That’s all I see when I view most of these pictures.

I agree about the “blackmail camera”. We have these pictures and then there are the Eroshevich photos where she is snorting a white substance that is so precious, she apparently is sucking the powder off of her jeans where she spilled it.
Where are the Howard pics or the Larry pics? Sure is funny both doctors are caught with their pants down for the whole world to see. But none of the two “boys”…
