Darla Lexington, the longtime companion of prominent Houston plaintiffs lawyer John O’Quinn, settled her dispute with O’Quinn’s estate and the John M. O’Quinn Foundation over assets from his estate. O’Quinn died in an automobile accident in October 2009.
Lawyers spent four hours at the courthouse today negotiating the deal.

Thank you for posting the information. I had forgotten all about this matter. I guess it’s all over and Darla walked away happy enough. Maybe Anna/Stern should have done the same in the Marshall case and taken the $88 million rather than make a grab for more.
Yes by the article it appears she is happy with her settlement. LOL about the Marshall thing. That’s what greed will get ya.
