- Guest_1483 : I agree that I don't think the appeals will be successful. Read the quotes of Justice Ginsburg from the Supreme Court hearing, she seems to be saying exactly what the 9th circuit court has now ruled. JMO «link»

If it is proven to be their intentions to profits due to illegal/wrongful financial gains then the courts may rule against the estate being paid the 6% service fees for representation. Continuing with the litagious acts may be counter productive. Any comments on this?

There was the majority opinion which would be the two and then a concurring opinion that went further it appeared. So that makes it appear all 3 agreed with the main majority opinion as I understand it. JMO

- QV : Well, the 9th Circuit has spoken. Marshall gave all he was going to during his life. The court is not going to disavow the wishes of the deceased. The court agreed with the Marshall family. The probate court ruled correctly and anything after that is dust in the wind.....
