This is a chart showing the massive quantities of drugs with dates and times that the three defendants Howard K. Stern, Dr. Eroshevich and Dr. Kapoor procured for Anna Nicole Smith. These drugs eventually caused her death on February 8th, 2007. The three are standing trial in Los Angeles CA for felony conspiracy charges concerning the drugs.

September Anna Nicole Trial – God Bless The Nannies

Since the first week of August a small parade of prosecution witnesses have one by one sat in the witness chair in this Anna Nicole Smith felony drug trial, swore to tell the truth and then they lied or withheld evidence. What the jury must think of these people, I don’t know.

Virgie Arthur vs Howard K Stern et al Will Go To Trial September 27th 2010

It appears that Virgie Arthur’s lawsuit for conspiracy and defamation will go forward after all.

The original defendants included Howard K. Stern, Larry Birkhead, Art Harris, Harvey Levin, TMZ Productions and CBS Studios. All of those defendants have been released from the suit for various reasons.

The trial will go forward on September 27th, with the three remaining defendants, Nelda “Rose” Turner, Lyndal Harrington and Bonnie Stern.

Larry Birkhead Threatens Small Town Ohio Blogger

Birkhead then proceeded to tell me that I am a nobody blogger who has nothing better to do than get into his business, his daughters business and his daughter’s mother’s business. Stern and doctors Kapoor and Eroshevich in which Birkhead is a witness. QV is a witness for the plaintiff in Virgie Arthur vs Howard K.Stern et al in Harris County Texas where Birkhead is a defendant in the libel and slander case.
